Easy in & out, considering they are situated on a busy intersection. Ordered via the app. My order was accurate & timely. Mid afternoon visit, during happy hour. Busy parking lot, but received quick & friendly service.

They got my boyfriends order correct but they put mayo on my BLT and I hate mayo. They were really busy so I just took off the top slice of toast, the lettuce, and one tomato & folded the rest. It was delicious & so were the fries. But the main thing is, even though our car hop was having an awful night, she was very friendly, she smiled, was courteous and very helpful. We tipped her well. All in all, it was one of the better Sonics I’ve been to.

Ordered ahead, then checked in when I arrived, and 30 minutes later, I still didn’t have my food. When I called in again to check on it, they finally brought it out and apologized. All I had ordered was buy one, get one free entrees of the chicken bites. One order had 4 pieces, one had 3…. so I’m pretty sure someone had started eating my food. It was cold and lousy, but I’d already wasted so much time that I just dealt with it and went home. Wasn’t worth the wait to fix.

This is our go to sonic as it is two minutes from our house. We usually only order drinks but decided to get a morning snack. The burrito was burnt and disgusting. Definitely old and microwaved. The quality of food at this sonic seems to be downgrading daily. I am absolutely disgusted. I can’t believe the workers saw this and thought it was OK to send out. U could tell from the outside of the burrito that it was not OK.

The location is great if your in the area. The staff were not the friendliest and the manager wasn’t very pleasant when I brought up an issue with their walk up patio ordering station. They have the ordering station numbers on the menu reversed, so when I ordered I was at number 32, and to be able to pay it showed up on number 31. It would confuse customers if they were ordering at both stations at the same time. Order with no ice unless you want to get a half cup of ice with your drink.

The food: it all tastes the same bc they use the same oils for everything. I absolutely will not eat here. BUT ..BUT the ice cream is great and they make an awesome vanilla tea and vanilla Diet Coke. Drinks are the best. They listen when I tell them how many shots of vanilla to put in the drinks. Thank you for making awesome drinks!

Brand new restaurant, I eat there almost everyday since they opened. Went there for lunch today and they got my order completely wrong. Very disappointed, was hoping it would take awhile before they started messing up orders but nope they are already like all the other fast food places in Batesville. Never get your order right and charge a arm and a leg. SMH sad pay all that money just to get something you don’t want.

The food is good for the price, but they can never seem to get my order correct, and as such, I avoid ordering anything that they have to ask what I want on it because it usually ends up wrong. This time, my burger was actually correct, if a bit messy. My drink was listed (correctly) as a diet green tea on the screen. I received a diet Dr Pepper and my receipt had diet Dr Pepper. Not sure when or where it got changed, but the carhop quickly fixed it. She’s awesome.
