We stopped for lunch while in Winnfield and our food was good. My husband got a new burger and the picture made it look to be bigger but he was disappointed with the size. He said he should have stuck with what he normally gets.

Ordered A large coke with extra ice and a small mozzarella sticks today. The mozzarella sticks were cold, hard as if they had been made the day before. The coke with extremely sweet and flat. So disappointed that I spent 7.00 on this and had to throw it away.

Received Burnt chicken. Went in to speak with Manager after waiting in the car for over ten minutes to talk to the manager. Jason was told I needed to speak with him and ignored me for several minutes before finally coming and saying you ordered on app nothing I can do. Call the APP

I have been to this Sonic a lot It’s the only one in my area. I have l had great service here till about the last 3 weeks. My first incident I ordered 2 smash burger meals on the app. When I got there my app wouldn’t come up. So I told them I had an app order. They kept telling me to restart the app which I did. Finally after 30 min of waiting I stopped a carhop to check on my order. She came back and had my order which was not hot anymore it had been ready but just sitting on the counter. The next time I ordered 3 Rt.44 it took me pushing the red button after checking in and waiting for 15 min to ask about my app order. The girl still had the mic on and said omg it’s sitting right here.

Just went about 30 mins ago. We ordered a Med. Oreo blast and a Med. Banana shake. The shake was great but the blast we were missing about a 1/4 of it.

I should have kept driving to the next Sonic. We stopped here on our last road trip both going and coming home. I had hoped for better food the second time. It was not.
We initially pulled up into a parking spot to order. The menu screens needed to be restarted and were not functioning. The call button for ordering did work. After pressing it, we had not gotten a response within 10 minutes.
We got in the long line for the drive thru to order. It took over 30 minutes for us to finally get our blasts and they were awful. The blasts were supposed to have Oreos. We had to dig to find any black cookie crumbs. It just tasted like melted vanilla soft serve.
The first experience we had here was even worse. After a very long wait, we received the incorrect order. The food was not even slightly warm. None of the burgers and sandwiches had any lettuce, tomatoes or condiments.
Sonic is not a fine dining restaurant. I understand that. We go there for a quick food and snacks. This location is not the level Sonic offers at even below average spots. Keep driving and find a different place to eat. This is a frustrating and disappointing place!!!

If I could rate lower I would. Worst Sonic experience I’ve ever had. Not only did I wait 57 mins , my food cost was 15 just for me. My food was old and cold. Tasted stale and was dried up and rock hard . It was not even microwaved. Stone cold , I took three bits of the cold meal and it tasted real funny so I threw it out. I dident get a receipt , I told the girl I wanted my review and she never came back. And after such a long wait I was ready to leave . My order was a window order so I dident eat there, I I tried it there they would have gotten it back. If I get sick, they will hear from my lawyer. This just happen tonight. I have no doubt my order was made days or several hours prior then placed in my bag it was not edible. My question is why did I have to wait 57 mins for a ice cold stale meal? To make it more cold?

I showed up At happy hour And ordered a large vanilla Root beer. Waited 15 minutes, no drink, I had paid with a card so I hit the button and after waiting 3 minutes with no reply and considering the vehicle beside me had just received their food, which was a lot more than just a large drink, I left. I love sonic but I will not be visiting this one again.
