Horrible Service, we ordered with our app 15 min before we arrived! We then waited another 20 minutes for our food to be brought out, then my husband walked in to ask about our food. Staff was very rude and they told us they were working on it! We ordered a pretzel, two drinks, a milkshake and an ice cream cone! It was another 8 minutes before they came out! Staff was again RUDE and said nothing to us! Pretzel was hard and ice cream was melted!

I ordered my sons burger with JUST cheese. They just scraped off the condiments and handed me the burger with a mean look. What if my son was allergic to something? The whole place reeked of weed, so I’m not surprised they can’t efficiently work.

Ordered three drinks took 30 minutes to get them after the lady taking my order was very rude and kept asking “is that it” after every word I said. The carhop was rude and then hands us drinks all covered in ice cream with no napkins asked for napkins and he proceeds to go inside and start taking other orders out. Wild.

Service here was horrible. First, the person taking my order got it wrong. When I pressed the button to inform them and make sure i was getting what I originally ordered, the person that answered had an attitude. Then the worker that brought my food out had an attitude. She allegedly went inside to swipe my card but came back out with no receipt. When I asked about it she had an attitude talking about “it didn’t give a receipt”. My bank sends me a text message anytime a transaction is made on my debit card. After she “swiped” my card inside, I did not get an alert. I checked my bank statement and it doesn’t show a transaction either. I will be monitoring my account and if I see any activity that indicates my card information was fraudulently obtained and used, I will be filing a police report against this particular employee. Sonic, you need to do better when it comes to training your workers.

I love Sonic’s food. There Ice cream desserts are out of this world. If you want a cold drink Sonic is the place to go because they have Cokes and slushes that you can add fruit flavors and or vanilla too.
