i’m currently as I type this sitting in a mobile pick up saw I ordered a drink and a sundae at 7:02 and got to sonic at 7:05. It’s now 726. I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes. Ordered it 20 minutes ago and there’s 2 other cars Waiting on their orders. I understand if it was extremely busy, but I’m watching them through the window walk around in circles play with their hair instead of making my drink that should not take 30 minutes at this point. and because I’m at the mobile pick up, there’s no button for me to ask them how much longer so I’m really not sure how to convey to them that I’m losing my patience very quickly

I made a mobile order for one strawberry sundae. It went through and everything was good.. I had been sitting here for about 15 minutes waiting on it, just for someone to come out and tell me that the ice cream machine was down.. Asked if I wanted a refund or something else. I said I want a refund and she said she’d be right back.. This took about another 15 minutes maybe more. They could have most definitely came out there to let me know before wasting my time sitting here…

I placed my order and asked for extra flavoring in my drink. I didn’t see it appear on the screen as extra, so I asked the lady if she had heard me ask for it. She replies, “Yes ma’am”. Well, out comes my drink, and there is no flavoring at all. This drink is all I’ve been able to have that soothes my throat, and I needed it today. I even left a little tip. Not nice ladies!

This was 3 minutes today after got food and checked it all when I got home.Waited 8 minutes at the drive through for no one to show up as they lost 4 customers also waiting in line. We went to the window out of patience and had 3 of them notice us before finally asking what we want. We got a footlong coney,a large mozzarella,two smash burgers with tots,one small cheeseburger, a chicken sandwich and crinkle fries along with a baby meal and a little thing of chili. They didn’t give us the cheeseburger, mozzarella sticks,the little thing of chili or the tots with the chili. They was completely unorganized and the person who brought the food wasn’t nice and just handed the food and tried walking away when we was trying to ask if it was all in the bag.sucks if you want none of your food forgotten but is a perfect place if you want food missing and them to be unorganized.Total was $47. Not worth that much with how the experience and how they work. ANOTHER EDIT: finally got someone on the line and the moment I tell them about it they hung up. Got them back on and they tried lying saying they ain’t even there while the machines are running in the background. Was completely rude and unprofessional on the phone and tried lying saying the phone disconnected. #shutsonicdown edit for today: placed and order and asked for ranch. Then had to ask for the ranch cause they charged us for it and tried giving marinara and tried saying there’s napkins when there wasn’t and it was meant for my family member and the old white dude went inside for the napkins and we watched through the window as their all eating something and not doing anything right still. Just snacking away on food products as they give the hard coldish stuff to customers and then give attitude when we ask for what should be with it already.

Ordered three drinks took 30 minutes to get them after the lady taking my order was very rude and kept asking “is that it” after every word I said. The carhop was rude and then hands us drinks all covered in ice cream with no napkins asked for napkins and he proceeds to go inside and start taking other orders out. Wild.

I tried to order dinner here but I was greeted in the WORST way. I definitely was a problem for someone who CLEARLY hates being there. The dirty attitude made the dirty parking lot and dirty glass doors even dirtier. …I just drove on down the road. Waste of time glad I wasn’t given the proper opportunity to waste my money too. Yuk!

Always get bad service here at this location… until today! Ms Airianna ( sorry if its misspelled) was absolutely wonderful! That girl deserves a raise for sure! Had trouble with the speaker so instead she walked out and personally took our order!
Off the top of her head. The order was perfect! Was polite and smiling through the whole ordeal! Lived in ruston over 10 yrs and that was the best service ive seen out of this location!!

If I could give this place a zero I would. I waited an hour for 2 ice creams from the app. When I put that I was there on the app it said “Dee” would be out with my order soon, I waited 30 minutes and no one came, I pressed the red button and that took 10 minutes for someone to answer, then they said it would be out soon, waited 15 minutes, nothing, pressed the red button and that took another 10 minutes for someone to answer. I told them to give me my refund and they did. DO NOT come here if you’re wanting fast food. Also I watched employees constantly walk in and out to smoke and play on their phones.
