Y’all watch the prices you’re charged. We got charged for a large blast but ordered and received a medium. The lady that answered the button said she don’t make the prices she just pushes the buttons. Go figure!! Fix your menu prices owner.

They took 20 min to cook my food ordered in the app everyone else coming and going when I got my burger it was glossing and shiny I could tell it was dunked in a fryer I am apauld my light ice was half a cup my pretzel had no salt the point is this is disgusting human behavior the lady was an African American i assume she was the manager working tonight 1-17-26

I placed a mobile order for a drink and blast at 5:50 and didn’t get it till 6:50. So it takes an hour to make 2 things. Then when I finally got my items the blast was melted and the drink was watered down. So Overall experience was a 0/10 and I would gratefully like a refund because i tried to get them over the mic but had to go through the drive through.

I consider myself to be a fair individual and I try to look at all sides before I come to a conclusion. As I was traveling thru Bastrap, LA, I pulled into Sonic for a quick bite. I order the #2 Supersonic burger w/o cheese, med drink and potatoe totes. A short time later a young female Car hopper came to my car and re-confirmed my order and advised me that my order was placed on a ticket with another customer but my order would soon be out. Maybe 3-4 mins later the same lady returned and for the 3rd time she confirmed my order. I paid for the order (without checking) and was on my way. Got down the road and first thing I notice was I had cold potatoe totes. Then unwrapped the burger to find it had melted cheese and 2 pieces of meat on what appeared to be a sandwich that was prepared earlier on old bread. There was no lettuce, mayo, tomato, pickles or anything. SEE PICS. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

I’ve never had any complaints but I just ordered a #3 and halfway through the burger I chewed something hard only to see it’s an earring!!! Pissed is an understatement. I called to speak to the manager and no one would answer. Location is in Bastrop, La!

I hate to give bad ratings but I haven’t went to a Sonic in Monroe or any of the surrounding areas that the Sonic’s aren’t absolutely terrible. They never get my order right and I do mean NEVER. I have gotten more free crappy food from here because if I order on my mobile app most of the time they have some excuse why they haven’t brought my food out or they can’t find my order. The one on Lincoln and the 2 on Hwy 165 in Monroe are 3 of the worst you will ever go to. Not one time have they gotten my order right. From screwing up a Blast to not knowing how to make a drink. I think the worst was on Lincoln recently. I got the Queso Fries and the guy didn’t even make them right. Instead of putting peppers on it like it was supposed to be. He put freaking tomatoes instead. I keep trying to give them a chance every so often but I give up. Terrible food and the employees are the worst especially at the Sonic on 165 going out of Monroe near the old North Monroe Hospital.

Hollywood Burns. My experience was good until we fail Short, of Winning the Championship. OCS Christian high school, From Monroe Louisiana. But we will be back next year to win it All. you win some and you lose some. With this Lost. it hurt very bad special especially,for The kids.
