On 6-20-23 at 7:10pm in stall #6, I stopped in for dinner. Carhop was HORRIBLE! No customer service at all. Took my money and walked away. NEVER letting me know that she was going get change. NEVER gave me the receipt. She walked away before I could as for it. I guess I’ll keep the very nice tip I was going to give. Her loss is someone’s gain. Probably won’t stop here again.

I consider myself to be a fair individual and I try to look at all sides before I come to a conclusion. As I was traveling thru Bastrap, LA, I pulled into Sonic for a quick bite. I order the #2 Supersonic burger w/o cheese, med drink and potatoe totes. A short time later a young female Car hopper came to my car and re-confirmed my order and advised me that my order was placed on a ticket with another customer but my order would soon be out. Maybe 3-4 mins later the same lady returned and for the 3rd time she confirmed my order. I paid for the order (without checking) and was on my way. Got down the road and first thing I notice was I had cold potatoe totes. Then unwrapped the burger to find it had melted cheese and 2 pieces of meat on what appeared to be a sandwich that was prepared earlier on old bread. There was no lettuce, mayo, tomato, pickles or anything. SEE PICS. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Food was horrible. Corn dog was burnt and warmed over. Couldn’t even bite through the burnt spot because it was so tough. Tots were not fully cooked and cold. Really need to do better.

I wrote a bad review for this place 2 yrs ago. Ms. Angie has turned it around. The staff has clean hands. Yayyy… They also are more friendly and helpful. ThanknGod for the Manager Ms Angie… She got it whipped into shape.
