Had the chicken slider meal . My tiny baby buns where burnt. However my onion rings where very delicious, I also ordered a small 4 pc Mozzarella sticks and was sadly told they are out of them. On a separate order from the walk up at stall we are told restaurant is out of ice cream also. A Hamburger was ordered and was brought out with no lettuce and no tomato. When the Carhop was asked about it she said ohh we are out. So we kindly asked to have a full refund at that point on that order. My drink also was served with a ice cream lid, but I wish it could have been ice cream though. I didn’t request a refund because I already started eating my onion rings. I hope things change at this location or maybe extra training could be useful in certain communication during order taking. If you’re out of an item or in this case many items just communicate that with your customer. No one likes an empty burger surprise.

So around 1045 I came to sonic, pulled thru drive thru and nobody acknowledged me, so I pulled into a stall and pushed button and I heard like a flash of talking then silence but the screen said be with me shortly so I waited… And waited. Pushed button a second time and same exact thing happened. So I was patiently waiting. Then a truck pulls up next to me and they were helped right away so I moved to a stall on other side of building. I started giving the chick my order and she clicked off and screen returned bk to starting a order. I waited cause she knew I was there trying to wanting to order. But again I have to push button. Everything I asked for they didn’t have or couldn’t make. No milkshakes or blast or anything with ice cream because it needed to be filled up and she hadn’t had chance to do it (yet the 20 minutes I was trying to order they had nothing happening one employee sat at tables outside and the girl was talking to someone in a car). Wanted a sweet tea but they’ve already dumped it and it’s not even closing time. Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. After I finally ordered I started to just burn off but before I could make my decision on leaving they were at my car with the food and I know they didn’t have enough time to cook everything that fast so I felt like they gave us food that had been sitting out in order to have made it that fast. I didn’t even get what I wanted but they got their money.

Great food, location, and service. There was a little wait in the drive-through line, but that was fine because the food was fresh (got sausage, egg, and cheese toaster sandwich combo tator tots & not fries). This Sonics location hardly ever lets us down.

Service is very poor. Almost all of our order was missing or wrong. We ordered mozzarella sticks — missing the marinara. We ordered chicken tenders, fries and BBQ sauce — came with tots and buffalo sauce. We ordered popcorn chicken which was missing from our order and took another 15 mins for them to fix and bring it out.

I used to eat here everyday 5 days a week for breakfast. Service is so slow. Most mornings it is 10 to 15 mins of waiting. Then the people at the window forget simple things such as straws. You can tell no one cares.

Very disappointed in my visit. My order was taken correctly but when I got home it was wrong. I order a certain way for a reason. I hate having to pick stuff off of my burgers… I asked for no onions, but got tons of them on my sandwich. The food tastes like onions.

I’m giving a one star because of the food quality. The young lady who attended me at the window was very sweet. To make it short and sweet; the ranch sauce we dipped our Ched R peppers in tasted Expired “rancid”, the gravy was dripping off my strips like Water (no taste), and the footlang coney we ordered was the most bare bones shorten us on the chili we had ever gotten.

So this is obviously not Texas toast, it’s regular bread so it’s extremely smaller than a sonic grilled cheese is supposed to be. They could’ve at least told me when I ordered it that it would be on regular bread. But don’t just serve people alternatives thinking they’ll just happily take it. Because I actually would’ve ordered something different
