A pitiful experience. Waited 20 minutes for 2 blasts just to be given half-filled cups. This is laziness at it’s worst. Anyone with an ounce of common sense knows this isn’t correct. Could I have had the order corrected, yes. Did I want to wait 20 more minutes for that, no. Do better. There is a reason all of the reviews for the last 6 months or so have been negative, staff are lazy and care more about nagging you for good reviews than actually providing good service.

Ever since they moved from Line Ave to here they have greatly improved. Food and service is much better.

Went on lunch to get a chicken sandwich and this is what they serve me. This is ridiculous! A BURNT CHICKEN PATTY??? Come on people. Now I am sick to my belly. What a shame. Very very disappointed. And now I’m sick!

The absolute WORST sonic I’ve ever been to in my whole life. They got our order wrong 3 times. We asked for no cheese, no sauce on a burger. They brought out just the patties all broken into pieces. We sent it back and it returned 5 mins later, the same broken patties on a dry bun. No veggies & cold. Is this what I paid $7 dollars for? They also brough us the wrong chicken sandwich – we didn’t even bother trying to fix that after sitting in the car for 30 mins already. Never coming back here again. It’s in the nicest part of town, isn’t is supposed to be better than the others?

I don’t know what attitude problems the drive thru person is having tonight but she needs to be more customer friendly. We did not order and just drove off. We will never use this sonic again. Even the folks in the car with me and we are all elderly were shocked. Good bye sonic !

The building looks great. Zariah was rude. My wife ordered us two shakes, she told us the wrong order so many times I couldn’t count. We almost left. Then when it came time to pay my wife tried to hand Zariah the card and she said “No you swipe it” and slammed the window shut. You know, if it was a man I would have gone in there but this girl has got a mouth on her. If you cant even do a fast food job Zariah then you need to seriously rethink your life. Tired of incompetence and rudeness at drive throughs. Just make the food and give it to us. Its not rocket science.

We were at Sonic June 2@approximately 230pm. We ordered 2 orders of onion rings a blt, and popcorn chicken. The onion rings were unevenly fried and hard as a brick plus they were stuck together. The popcorn chicken was hard as two bricks. There was only 2 other cars there and the food was obviously sitting under the heat lamp. No excuse for food not to be cooked fresh. I want this forwarded to Felicia Kelly. That’s why you don’t tip before you order because of things like this. Send this to Felicia Kelly. I’ve seen all your responses to complaints.
