Awful service took 25 minutes to get, got the wrong food. I atleast got the correct side, I Ordered a large cheddar bite with a combo I received 11 cheddar bites.. what the hell!!!!!

Consistently mismakes orders. Expect to get at the very least atleast one wrong thing in your order. If you’re passing through, dont bother stopping unless you need a burger right now and don’t care if you get what you paid for. Manager doesn’t care either so don’t bother complaining.

I’m assuming it was a new carhop. Have never seen her before. Comes out and doesn’t say a word while glaring at my wife and I and hands us our food then just walks off shaking her head like we did something wrong…. Terrible service.

Just worked a 24 hour shift came here for some chicken strips afterwards , they didnt bring out my honey mustard. Shocked , offended , scarred and personally attacked! Have you ever tried chocking a dry chicken strip, its like putting one up my ol lady when she dont want it! Luckily i had some emergency ranch in my pickup from caseys(a real store)!

Everytime we go it’s something different. I get having cold food every once in awhile or something but it’s so much more than that. Constant forgotten items on big orders. Constantly getting the wrong sandwich. Ice cream orders are even messed up 90% of the time. 110% would not recommend to anyone. Not until they get some workers that care enough to change their ways and make orders correctly

Ordered 2 shakes a fry and cheddar bites waited 27 minutes . Went in to yell at them and bunch of idiots on there phone . Food was cold anf shakes weren’t mixed at all !
