I drove up the the drive to thru at 3:56 p.m. for the half price drinks and nobody would answer drive thru. There was a kid power washing the drive thru so I went around and pulled up into a stall. Pushed the button and nobody answered. They waited until 4 p.m. and said can I help you I said yes I wanted a route 44 cherry limeade PLEASE and he said OK $4.16. I refuse to pay I was here before 4 p.m. and I explained I had been waiting. The kid said no problem then it took him 15 minutes to get me a route 44 cherry limeade. I will not be back. Very disappointed with the service. I work for a restaurant also and would never make someone wait 15 minutes for a drink.

Worst,place to go! I finally decided to write this after continued horrible sevice,and todays experience! My husband i go often,today we ordered a cherry limeade and cherry,vannila dr.pepper! Upon leaving the drive thru i noticed my cherry,vanilla dr.pepper tasted odd! We went around and got back in line! Told them the problem they said to pull up to window! There was a long line so we had a little wait ,when we finally got there the girl had no idea what we wanted and was pointing at us and talking to someone we couldnt see! She opened the window and took it back! She came back with another we asked if it had extra ice like i ordered and was charged for! She grabbed it back and dumped more ice in it! After she handed out the window! I was telling her i just wanted to check it and make sure,cause the dr.pepper could be running out or anything! She slammed the window and gave us a hateful look and turned away from us! Not just that mt husbands cherry limeade had no cherries or limes in it and mine still didnt taste right and there was no cherries in it!I was charged extra and didnt get them or the extra ice! This is not my first bad expirece with either bad service or food/ drink at this location and the wait is always too long! But this was my last experiece there!

I was pleased with both the food and service. We just did drive-thru but the young man at the window was courteous and we even tipped his good service. The food was still hot when we got home and my husband even commented that his burger was one of the best he’d had in a long time. Even at sit down restraunts! Kudos Sonic

Sonic needs to step up their game! Onion rings should never look like this, it’s like they were not correctly battered and on top of that the rings appear to never been shaken during the cooking process making them uncooked on one side and burnt on the other.

Did an online order on the app this morning. Got there and and after checking in I was notified my order was being brought out but it took 5 minutes to come out. Left and got to work and my order was not the right size tots and the Unltimite meat and cheese burrito was the worst one I have every had. Luck it there was a full egg on it and half a piece of bacon and not sausage. Definitely not worth the money I paid. Them when I called to talk to the manager she was very unpleasant from the minute she answered the phone. The more I told her the ruder she got. I will never return to the Lansing Sonic.
