Been here twice. No one answers the button so we order in app. So far our carhop has been ‘on his way with our order’ for 10 minutes. A little busy, but I’ve seen Ottawa wayy more packed and it was just fine

This is the worst sonic location I have ever had the displeasure of eating at. I have given this sonic multiple chances, shame on me. Every time I come here It takes forever for someone to acknowledge me or take my order, (ten minutes tonight and never had my order taken).When they do take my order it is wrong, or they are out of the item I want, such as cheddar bites, the slush machine is broken etc. Don’t waste your time at this location! Just not worth it!

Went to the Basehor location on Saturday June 24. It was 92 degrees outside and I had my sleeping granddaughter in the car. I ordered a 3 piece chicken strip and then left after my order was delivered. Pulled out the strips and took a bite only to realize that they had taken some old previously cooked strips and recooked them. They were dark dark brown and the inside was yellow. Turned around to return them and upon pulling up, barely got the issue out before they removed them and told me to hold on. 18 minutes later still no strips, an employee comes to the window and says “sorry for the trouble, here are 2 coupons for your next visit”. Immediately looked at them only to see they weee expired by 2 years no surprise there. 3 minutes later they came to the window and handed me a replacement order. I pulled up as there was a line forming and 2 cars had already left, and inspected the order. I waited 23 minutes for 3 burned recooked again strips. I got out knocked on the window waited 2 minutes until they decided they could speak to me and said “ I just want my money back. These are no different than what I returned and I’m not eating them let alone feeding them to my baby”. She gave me a look took them and disappeared. She then apparently got on the phone with someone I assume to talk about me. After 2 more minutes I hit in my car and left. It’s ridiculous. This isn’t the first time old good had been recooked and sold to me. I called the number and was told I would hear back from someone about my issue and a refund. Still no call, so they basically took my money and gave me the proverbial finger. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION.

I am not one to complain, to add on , this is my first ever review. Every time I come up here, my food or ice cream gets messed up. Either something is forgotten or not made correctly. Some of the staff is nice, then the other is rude. It is also hard to get service here.

They don’t take orders from the app, half the stalls don’t work, and they got our order wrong (again). Sucks because we’re coming from the speedway and just want some food for our ride home. Not many other places we can park with our camper so it would be nice if they could pick it up a little. Been here several times and its always the same. Sigh.

Ordered online and went to pick it up. As instructed, I pulled into a stall and pressed the red button. They didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. When I tries to ask an employee why they ignore people, she just looked at me and walked back inside. After 15 minutes of waiting, I went inside myself and was jelled at that I’m not supposed to be in there. And again, my question about why nobody takes care of customers was ignored. It took over 25 minutes past the “ready for pickup” time to get my order.

This is by far the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. The buttons on the stalls were broken, the drive thru was broken. We made our order at the drive through window. It took forever to get our food and then it was all wrong and of horrible quality. We were traveling from Missouri and were already down the road when we discovered the quality of the food. We’ll never stop there again.

I ordered ahead on the app and when I arrived my food was ready! However I found the food so badly prepared that I threw it away. Seeing as I was on my lunch break I didn’t have time to have them remake it. It should’ve been right the first time. Typically when I give reviews I consider more than just the food such as the demeanor of the staff, speed of service etc. However this meal was an absolute abomination, so much so that it totally negates any stars it may have earned for having a friendly carhop. My carhop was Amy, if I remember correctly, and she was very good. Included with this review is a picture that doesn’t even do this mess justice. The sheer amount of grease pooling into the foil, the reflective soggy bun, and the topping and sauces that were simply crapped into the packaging.

We waited over 30 minutes for our drinks, 3 people working when there’s a lot of other customers waiting for their food, don’t know who the manger is but some more training needs to be done!
