I live in the area and have eaten here a few times with a good experience….however, this time , not so much! I had to repeat my order THREE times to the kid. My husband and I ordered in drive-thru and took it home. I had a Super sonic bacon double cheeseburger and a large fry……upon opening the bag they had shoved 2 burger boxes, an onion ring, large fry, and then my burger on top, which was coming unwrapped! VERY sloppy burger, as if nobody cares, and the fries were OLD OLD OLD!!!! They were so hard tou could have broken a tooth on them, and had so much salt they weren’t even close to edible! With prices on food these days, its a travesty! I have plainly written what has happened, so please don’t ask me to rewrite or call anyone! Just get whoever is in charge to fix this place!

I ordered a medium M&M Sonic Blast and paid extra to add Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup pieces to it. The top third or my blast was how I envisioned it when I ordered however the bottom two thirds was just straight vanilla ice cream. The ingredients were not mixed well at all.

Ordered a Juinor cheese burger with added mustard and two *bacon* chicken tender queso wraps today through the app. I recived my food 9 mins past the scheduled pickup time which isn’t a big deal. However, the burger did not have mustard as I ordered and worst of all there was NO BACON on my BACON chicken tender queso wraps.

I’ve had decent food from this location before but this was very dissapointing.

Went here today- ordered and got to the window and was told they didn’t have my order and to drive around again. I don’t understand why you didn’t get my order when you got the car behind me when I asked. I was short on time and couldn’t drive around again to get in the line again. This should have been handled better. I frequent here due to living around the corner. But will probably not come here again.

Waited 30 minutes for the food and it was literally cold. Not even warm, actually cold. The slush we ordered was melted. They forgot the condiments we requested. No apologies or excuses were offered. Worst Sonic ever. Seriously disappointed.

I ordered ahead on the app and when I arrived my food was ready! However I found the food so badly prepared that I threw it away. Seeing as I was on my lunch break I didn’t have time to have them remake it. It should’ve been right the first time. Typically when I give reviews I consider more than just the food such as the demeanor of the staff, speed of service etc. However this meal was an absolute abomination, so much so that it totally negates any stars it may have earned for having a friendly carhop. My carhop was Amy, if I remember correctly, and she was very good. Included with this review is a picture that doesn’t even do this mess justice. The sheer amount of grease pooling into the foil, the reflective soggy bun, and the topping and sauces that were simply crapped into the packaging.

The chicken sandwich was terrible…it tasted burnt and was also dry.. no flavor at all I could not finish it I feel like Sonic’s are going down hill they used to be good and taste

Went thru the drive-thru to order … parking lot is nothing but pot holes. When we got home to eat our food, most of it was soaked in grease making it very unappetizing. Took a pic of the tator tots on the plate I put them on showing all the grease sitting there. The bottom of the container they were in was nothing but grease. Didn’t even finish it – simply threw it away. Only thing that was good was the drinks. I had higher hopes since a year ago, the Lansing location was supposedly helping out the Basehor location to get back on its feet but unfortunately, I think it may be even worse than before. Really wish Sonics could make a comeback to the days when they were the place to go. Will not be visiting again.

I really don’t like to complain but we waited over 15 minutes for our order (three ice creams…wouldn’t think it should take that long. And it wasn’t busy.). During the wait, we could see all the employees just standing around talking, not making food or attending to other customers. At one point, they all went outside for some reason, laughed very loudly about something and then went back in. I’m almost positive they placed a lady on hold that was making an order to do this. Not to mention, our ice creams weren’t even filled up. If I’m going to pay $6 for a Blast, I would hope to get my money’s worth. NOT worth it.
