Please, for the love of everything holy, PLEASE fix your menu boards. Please. Was here the other day and there were orange cones blocking the ones that didn’t work, so I pulled into a stall that DIDN’T have a cone blocking it only to realize that one also doesn’t work. I moved 2 more times before I gave up amd decoded to stay parked at a broken one. Then the carhop rolled her eyes at me when I gave her my card and she had to walk back inside to run it.

It took 30 minutes to get our food. When we got it. One item was wrong. I let them know and a manager came out to get my receipt because the cooks didn’t believe that it said no cheese. When I got my burger the second time it was burnt covered in a ton of ketchup, squished and had 2 kid patties instead of the regular ones.

I understand that this is a fastfood change and they get busy but how do you mess up someone pick up order you give them someone somebody else’s food on a pick up order, I had to wait 25 minutes to even talk to someone, then I had wait 15 to even receive someone else’s food, the only thing that was correct about the order was the receipt and the drinks. Service could use a lot of work, I had to press the order button 3 times before someone told me they will be with me in a second, then to not answer for another 5 minutes. This is NOT the sonic to go to.

Really run down. Drive through was closed and half the stalls blocked off with traffic cones when I went here. The stall I used had no screen so I couldn’t see how much I was being charged.

I had a horrible experience picking up a delivery for door dash at this sonic location. I could not get help and proceeded through the drive thru and it got worse. Slowest service in history. I was then trapped in the drive thru for my order that I had already waited 15 minutes in a stall. The attitude from every worker and no consideration for delivery drivers was made apparent. It was over 30 minutes before I got my order. Then I finally got to the drive thru window no one even greeted me there. It was so rude and I could see my order just sitting there while there was laughing and joking going on between coworkers. I had to finally knock on the drive thru window to get help. It was a complete nightmare.

I was on the bike… showed up snd pushed the button for service . Other people pulled in after me and got service before me. I got ignored. I guess a single customer isn’t allowed to eat here because ONE person won’t bring them as much profit as a car with more than one customer. If they don’t want my money they don’t get my money. Way to go asshats with your lack of service

Ordered ahead on the app(last time ever) after waiting about 30 min on order I pushed button and asked if all was ok they responded could not fine me (I always park same spot I know what number I put) about 10 min after my food and drinks came up it had been sitting in window view the hole time so I tried the tots I no after that long they be bad and sure enough they was so called the car hop back let her no another 20 min later a kids came out with bag handed it to me and left I looked their was 1 order not both so stophim had him go in 1 more time finally got 2 tots 2 burger 2 frank it was very sad burger was all nasty to but after over a hr wait on tots I gave up will not b back sadly
