Many reasons a 1 at this location , for starters i had the grossest chili dog presentation so i tossed in trash . I wouldn’t feed to my dogs . Another incident cold food and undercooked hamburger patty . Last draw for me to make a post on here a hole in my drinking cup that made a mess in cupholder spewed out rolling on console and sides of my seats . The bottom was tampered , husband received it noticing a few drips just thought who filled it was being sloppy . Looked to be tampered ,my husband didn’t tip paying by card , although gave the guy a $4 tip cash for a $20 amount which for a carhop in my opinion is generous . If he purposely did this, shame on him! Just want others to be aware if you have had or have this issue .

It’s great for fast food. I love sonic. Lots of drinks flavors. Bigger menu then most fast burger joints. And let’s not for get the milk shakes

Sonic on Republic is by far the best in Springfield. I have not been there in a while and today. Savannah made sure my order was perfect. The food was fresh, and the fries were hot. I don’t know if they recently changed French frie, but they were awesome.
Way to go, Sonic! My new favorite place to go.

The food and drinks are great as you would expect. But the place is rundown. They’re storing things in the back against a fence that looks trashy. Many of the computer screens don’t work. It needs some updating.

I’m still trying to figure out why container sizes vary based on what part of the country you’re in. A medium Sonic Blast in California isn’t the same as a medium here.
Other than that, service was typical, and the footlong hotdog I bought was ok.

Back when I first originally ordered from here for the first time back on March 1st they would have gotten a one star because the food was cold, drinks were incorrect and all around just nasty I didn’t even eat my food. I called and explained to the manager what had happened and she said come in whenever and they were replace it. Fast forward over two months later because we hardly get up here and I spoke to the other manager and explained everything and she still kept their word on it as long as I could show the receipt which I did have. She could have easily had told me no that was over 2 months ago and that she was training a manager who didn’t know protocol but she kept their word on it and I appreciate that. This time around the food is AMAZING they were very polite and respectful. Thank you Cindy! 1000% on customer service today!

Young man brings out the food and doesn’t know which drink is regular and which is diet, something that is important when you have a diabetic kid in the car. Then proceeds to start to take the lid off! No, I don’t need you to taste it and tell me. We app ordered, waited over 15 minutes after checking in and our food was cold. Drive a little further, the other sonics are consistently better.

I just went through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order. After waiting 10 minutes, no one spoke to me on the speaker. Since no cars were in front of me, I drove around to the window. Employees ignored me until I honked. After waiting another 10 minutes for my order, they handed me a bag, and both burgers that I ordered were made wrong. I guess this place is the Popeyes of hamburgers.
