My strawberry lemonade was terrible it had way too much lemon flavoring. it was extremely tart. The strawberries were not blended they were too big to get into the straw. And you still couldn’t taste strawberry in the drink. The burritos had all the ingredients crammed into the 1st two bites. The sausage and egg tasted old and dried up.

Ordered from a red button. Employee repeated order back. Waited 15 minutes for food. Hit the red button. I was asked to place my order. I said I already did, they told me I did not add no one in there took it. Asked to speak to a manager. The manager came out and asked what was in my order, I told her. She goes back in, comes out 5 – 10 minutes later. Hands me my food. I asked for the receipt, she rolled her eyes and thrusts it at me. I look at the time on the receipt

First time I’ve ever had a problem with my food, I had to have my sandwich made three times sent me the wrong sandwich the first time made wrong the second time and absolutely fresh hot and delicious the third time. Poor waitress just didn’t seem to want to come back and forth time LOL she made it herself

The people here are ‘the brightest bulbs in the tree. I asked to change my order from the #2 to the #3 (seconds after I ordered, before I finished ordering), and I received a plain #2 Double cheeseburger. That is just a bun, meet and cheese Who pays $10 for that. Not much for common sense. ,The credit card reader in the Kiosk didn’t work, they had to take my card and swipe it inside. Now I am worried they copied the numbers down, only time will tell. I really hate replacing cards and having to go to all the websites to change the numbers.

Just like everyone else, they seemed to be annoyed that we were there and it’s drive-thru only. I knocked on the window and asked them to go light on the ice. When the guy came back to the window he informed me that they aren’t supposed to do that and made it a point to tell me he got yelled at for it. I then waited to ask for ketchup and he gave me one packet per meal for a family of 5. I’m surprised they’re still in business. Definitely won’t be going back

Food is very mediocre. It’s gone down hill. The employees now are really rude and want to argue about what you ordered. It used to be decent before covid. I wouldn’t recommend this location. On the bright side though, they finally have the cheddar bites back after what seems like a year.

If I could give zero stars for the “service” we just received I would. They got the order wrong, fine. Annoying but when I drove around to fix it the manager precedes to tell me that I handed her back my own order instead did the 4 corn dogs we got in error. All the while, there’s another customer that she was helping that got wrong food (ours) and she’s arguing and being completely rude to me about THEIR mix up. No apology, just a bunch a bad attitude. I’m fine with mistakes but being rude, mean and disrespectful is not ok!

The food is terrific, as usual. however, please be advised that they are short staffed so the drive in spots are no longer getting service so the best thing to do is go into the drive-through and place your order. I also recommend knowing what you want from the app before pulling up so that you can avoid sitting in line.

Came to this Sonic on a road trip with my children, there’s 6 of us, so our order was large. Knowing this, I first pulled into the stall, not wanting to hold up the drive thru, and was told I needed to use the drive thru. As I was ordering, the order taker was very rude and impatient with me, even though I informed her that I had a large order. When I finally got to the window, she had packed 6 drinks into a drink carrier made for four, and everything spilled all over me when I got it in my car. I tried to get her attention because I needed napkin’s, but she continued to ignore me. When I finally got my food, I went to look in the bag for napkins, so I could clean up the drink spill, and she told me I needed to leave because I was holding up her drive thru. And of course…there were no napkins, the sides I ordered were incorrect, and there was no way for me to fix anything, nor did I even want to try and get anything corrected because she was so rude. This was a $70 order…and it wasn’t even correct, and now I have ocean water spilled all over my car. Bad experience to be sure!!

I stop by here often. I usually get a breakfast burrito. All of them are very good. But it seems like they don’t want to give more than 1 packet of salsa. As big as the burritos are, it takes me about 3 salsas. They act like it is coming from their own stash of salsa. But other than that, everything was good.
