Totally automated store with little to no customer service. Kiosks do not issue an original receipt. No menu is visible for customers to view unless you want to search through the Kiosks. Reprints of receipts do not have all purchase information. They require personal information from you in order to complete an order. This is not a place for a pleasant dining experience. By the time you finally get your meal you are too mad to be able to enjoy it!

Not set up for any interaction between customers and employees, so be ready for “self-service” through kiosks or their app. As a result it is very difficult to get an employee’s attention.
Food was OK. Coke machine was out of carbonation, so employees were using 2 liter bottles to fill cups.

DO NOT ORDER ANYRHING SUPREME!!! THEY ALWAYS FORGET OR SKIMP ON THE SOUR CREAM!!! As you can see in the pictures provided, almost next to nothing when it comes to the sour cream. I also ordered supreme tacos last time as well, and unfortunately, I also had NO sour cream. I don’t know what it is about this place, but in the last 2 years, the service and food have taken a nosedive from what I remember what it used to be. At this time, I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE AS YOU WILL BE GUARANTEED TO BE DISAPPOINTED. You are better off going to the Alfonso’s 100 yards to the south or the McDonald’s across the street. Go at your own risk. It seems like the owner or management doesn’t care to address the problems I and many others bring up.

I’m shock at taco Bell dine in. what happened to taco Bell? It’s not welcoming at all. It’s dark.. where the color?? Where the greeting “welcome to Taco Bell” or ” thank you and come again?. Kiosk took forever for a order.

This is my usual breakfast place when I’m on the go. They are very good about putting out food that is of high quality and what you should expect from a Taco Bell. My only complaint is that there is usually a lot of garbage in the parking lot and drive-through.
