As a driver we only get to eat selective foods n this is what we get? At least have decent potatoes ! I had gotten 4 taco and had to throw all of them away. Do better ppl.

I visited this location 08/03/23 at approximately 5:00 pm. I am local to this area and have never felt the need to leave a bad review, but today was another story. When I arrived I was the only customer. Nobody even acknowledged my presence, so I promptly used the self-order kiosk. Shortly thereafter an older couple came in and stood at the counter for some time. When they were finally acknowledged, they were directed to use the kiosk to place their order. I then went to the restroom which was filthy only to find that the soap dispenser was not even operational. Out of roughly 15 tables, I was only able to find 1 that was somewhat clean. All the other empty tables and the floor had food and trash all over them. Despite being the only customer at the time I ordered, my food took a good 15 minutes to prepare. Once it was ready, the cook called my name and tossed it, yes threw it, on the counter minus the drink I had ordered. When I went to retrieve it I had to call back and inform them of the drink I ordered. Another customer entered the store, was completely ignored by staff even after jangling her keys several times. I informed her that she would likely be ignored for a while only to be told to use the kiosk. At that moment, a worker emerged from the back on her smart phone and did not say a word to the customer standing at the counter. This is the worst service I have ever seen provided at a fast food chain and I doubt I will ever visit this Taco Bell again. It is shocking that people were paid to act the way they were.

Employees don’t help or take orders they say kiosk is the new way but your not told that until they have watched you stand up front for approximately 7 minutes then tlk to you like they are being bothered by you. Got randomness ppl coming in and getting drinks and food meanwhile your waiting for yours. Guy in the back making food with gloves on touching his face with gloves on, I didn’t see 1 person wash there hands or chamge there gloves simply disgusting and when you get upset and ask for the manager they are no where to be found. And then when my wife opened her food they screwed that up..

They need to change their grease. My chalupa was cold and tasted like old grease. The cinnamon sticks tasted like old grease. The nachos were decent. Drive through service was excellent.

This is my usual breakfast place when I’m on the go. They are very good about putting out food that is of high quality and what you should expect from a Taco Bell. My only complaint is that there is usually a lot of garbage in the parking lot and drive-through.

They did not have any Beef.. like 90% of their menu tens are made with beef. If you cannot make a majority of the items on your menu then you need to close Your restaurant… thankfully there was a McDonald’s across the street…

This place is so goofy. To say the employees just don’t care is a radical understatement. I was waiting to order (someone had just done so at the counter) but the lady told me to order at the kiosk instead. I assumed she was busy but then she started playing on her phone.

This is a Taco Bell/ LongJohn Silvers together. It was clean and service was quick. The people working here were polite. Just a quick stop for some supper.
