Me and my husband come here for coffee for regularly. Today was extremely chaotic and everybody working had no clue what they were doing. We ordered at 8:47 and I did not get our coffees until 911. My husband‘s was supposed to be a black coffee with cream 11 sugars when we finally got home he had bitter disgusting black coffee. That had barely any sweetness or any taste to it. Not sure what is going on at this store these days, but they definitely need better management and better flow of things. There was several of us and they’re frustrated and unhappy because people were getting picked in front of us or regulars were walking in in their drinks were getting made before everybody else. A simple hot coffee is not hard so the fact that we paid money for something that is disgusting and truly un edible. It is very disheartening because Starbucks is normally our go to place. Hopefully they can do better but we won’t be back.

This is not my normal starbucks that I come to, but the one by my house was remodeled with fewer seats and more of a to go coffee shop. This starbucks off Sheldon has plenty of space to have a meeting, 5 eat. They had plenty of staff, but it still took about 20 mins for my drink even walking in. Apparently, they have to take first come, first serve, and that inclid3s the online orders. So if you come in and they have 100 orders lined up, yours goes behind them. This starbculs is in the Aldi and Costco shopping center next to PDQ! Overall, I love starbucks but had to wait 20 mins for a coffee.

Huge huge shout out to this location, specifically the man running the drive thru window on 4/29 around 11am.
You guys made my whole day by allowing me to get a pup cup for our dogs birthday, she passed on and it was the last time I’ll ever be able to get her a pup cup. Thank you so so much for doing this, it was so bittersweet because we had gone through together so many times to get her one.

I had the worst experience here. The guy who took our order he’s a ten! The baristas making the drinks. That’s a different story. Half ass made the drinks. How are you even gonna serve up a drink that looks completely thrown up. If you made cold foam for the drink and it’s still liquid when you pour it into the drink, you need to get off the bar. Tryin to add half and half into the foamer is ridiculous I kept asking if they had more cold foam in the fridge cause that one was probably sitting out for hours. She kept ignoring me and continued to add more half n half. Now it’s just disgusting The expresso tasted weird and not like it was supposed to. I asked them to make the drink again and the barista kept trying to make excuses on why it taste that way. They remade it and it still did not take like signature. I’m sure they put decaf beans in the hopper because they all looked incompetent. I don’t need to be chastised after asking for a remake. Needless to say I will not be returning

I went in to order an Eggnog Chai Latte for my wife. The girl at the drive thru asked me to hold on because she didn’t know how to ring that up. She had the male manager come on th intercom and tell me I couldn’t order an Eggnog Chai Latte because they didn’t know how to ring it up. Mind you that last year I ordered the same extra drink many times at this same location without a problem. I talked to the manager at the window and he was very rude and dismissive. Never going to this location ever again.

Absolutely the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks.
I was completely mistreated and ignored—by the manager, no less.

I placed an in-store mobile order on April 25, 2025– arrived around 5:15 PM. When I arrived (in a Lyft), the doors were locked with a sign saying they were closed for a meeting. No notice beforehand, and IN-STORE mobile ordering was still active. I stood outside flashing my phone, clearly showing I had a paid order, and was ignored by staff for nearly 5 minutes.

Eventually, the manager came out, smirked at me, and told me to “go around” to the drive-thru. I explained I had no car and was about to miss my Lyft. He only gave me my drinks once I got visibly upset—after I missed my ride. I just wanted to grab my coffee and leave!

As I was walking away, I realized that one of the lids to my drink wasn’t even on correctly, and coffee got all over my sleeve… I wish I was making this up! I still can’t believe it.

When I began to walk back (to sit outside and call another Lyft), the manager ran out to ask, “What’s the problem?” I wasn’t even causing a disturbance—I’m not sure why I was being watched! Made everything worse.

All of this could’ve been avoided if mobile ordering was disabled during the meeting. Truly awful customer service. Completely upsetting.

It took 20 minutes to get a cold brew and hot chocolate made. Food was cold by the time our coffee was made. Very very slow service that prioritizes drove through and mobile orders over people actually in the store.

Do not come into the cafe and expect to be served in a reasonable amount of time. They prioritize drive thru and mobile orders. Waited 20 minutes for two iced coffees while the drive thru constantly moved.

Got the Jalapeño chicken pocket and the Falafel Pocket, small but tasty. Venti iced Matcha with Brown Sugar Cold Foam which tasted like Boba! Dogs also loved their pup cups!

Stopped by 6/20/25 but they were out of matcha but got a free sample boba summer drink!

6/28/25 Venti iced brown sugar cold foam iced matcha, 2 pup cups, venti ice water!
