Absolutely terrible. The staff needs to pay way more attention to the receipts to make sure that all of the order comes out. They are extremely slow. We pre-ordered our food on the app and it still took almost 30 mins. after we checked in. What made it worse is the fact that oir food was undercooked, and the cook wasn’t wearing gloves when preparing the food. If I could give it a 0 I would. Don’t recommend

I have ordered from the sonic several times I’ve had multiple bad orders. Most of the time we order big drink orders and they always get messed up these last two months it has been almost amazing. Until last night when I went, it was more than amazing. It was perfect. Pretzels were perfect. The girl who talked to me had so much enthusiasm asked me so many questions and helped me so much and was such a great worker. I wish I got her name.

If I could rate this Sonic a zero I would.
I absolutely love Sonic but sadly am always disappointed in this location. They can never seem to get an order correct. Service is ALWAYS slow no mater how many cars are waiting. The food taste as if it has been sandbagged and left for hours. I myself am in the service industry and do not understand how this store is even still operating. WORST SONIC EVER! I have tried and tried again to give this location a chance but sadly will not be supporting this awful sad excuse for a restaurant again. Corporate should really look into what is happening here.

The food is always tasty At the sonic. The food is usually fresh and hot, so you may need to wait a little bit. The best part of this location is the service. The workers are very nice and ultra friendly. Make sure to stop by for happy hour.

Lunch. I got the footlong but as a all American. I seen in the order screen they have a button for all American now. Happy to see that.

I normally just go here for breakfast. Sometimes the tatter tots is old. Or fresh. Sometimes the service is slow, sometimes it’s not.

Burger tasted real old and greasy and the new pretzel and cheese is a no because it was real hard and crispy like a old donut instead of that pretzel taste or texture. I will not be coming back to this location and sadly anymore sonics because it’s been more frequent

The last time I ate at sonic was a year ago because my food was terrible. So tonight I decided to try again super duper disappointed money wasted again!! So frustrating especially when everything is going up. It’s a luxury to eat out this how they treat me. Super done.

One of the women taking orders was so sassy. She told me she couldn’t hear me then hung up rudely. They also messed up our order 5 times. We received 2 wrong drinks, and the replacements were also different from what we ordered. My entrée was different from what I ordered too. One of the drinks they gave us was unmixed and unappetizing to look at. Overflowing trash cans, rude staff, no accuracy. I would recommend dining elsewhere.
