It is OUTRAGEOUS that you pay more for a to go order. Hash browns $2.75 in the restaurant but $3.31 to go. Bacon $3.75 in restaurant but $4.51 to go.
Then they charge you an additional 20% more on top of all this. 3 sides of hash browns and 5 bacon strips for $21.
I should not have to pay more for a to go and I should definitely NOT be forced to leave a tip to the cook that is paid to cook. The server only rang it out.
Will NEVER be back. If all Waffle House are like this…I hope they ALL CLOSE. GREED!!

So frigging cold. The last 4 times we have come in, people are asking to switch tables because the place is so cold. When asked about, we get a pat answer that the heat is on, the staff was too hot and turned the heat off, or there is nothing they can do about it. Which one? I get cooking at the grill is hot, but people are literally bundled up shivering while they are awaiting their food. It is so cold that the food is tepip, at best, when it gets to the table, especially when it is busy.

Food is good considering the reasonable cost. They were busy. For some reason bacon is always undercooked when I dine here. They did take it back and brought us well cooked. I’m not picky but can’t tolerate it undercooked. The music is always loud here making everyone else loud. But really you can’t beat their prices. Plenty to eat for breakfast under 15$

When Stormy is working, everything is always exquisite. I will say, she is the reason why I come to this specific Waffle House. She makes the Waffle House a waffle HOME. Stormy is attentive, and always ensure everything is perfect – whether that is the food, the beverages, everything is always 1000000% when she’s working, and as long as she is there I will continue to return and bring everyone i know.

Didn’t stay went to a different waffle house. No clean tables 2 tables sat we came in and the employees ran to the back and stared at us from the back office area like we just caught them doing lord only knows what I said we will wait a few to my husband but they just stared at us so we left. Very odd experience

I visited this location around 11AM on a Sunday and our sever was a middle-age Caucasian man with a raspy voice. He was very professional and attentive. He took our order right away and so our food was out in no time. This is the service everyone should exemplify at Waffle House.
I recommend the cheesesteak melt with an over hard egg, at lettuce tomato and onion!

We came in to eat at 10:45pm. There were 4 tables of people that already had their food. We sat down got our drinks then was never waited on. They were taking phone orders and then took someone’s order that walked in. So by this time we’ve been there for a half hour. We were calm and quiet. I don’t know what the issue was. So we got up and left. My family will never be back. August 30, 2025.

Despite appearing as if they were maybe an employee short, the grill cooks were on their A-game. Our food was awesome.
Our waitress was a sweet young lady on the last few days of her pregnancy. Her service was very quick and friendly despite being as busy as she was. You’d think she was walking around with a backpack coffee dispenser, with as well as she kept everybody’s cups warm on a Saturday morning.
Great location and staff, I’ll be returning next time I come to Columbus.
