We like this McDonald’s because of the service we get from the staff there. My son-in-law uses the app to order food for the whole family. Not once have I ever had to get up and ask for anything after they deliver the trays to the table. That kind of service is exceptional anywhere you go and especially when you’re dealing with young children who are fighting over cheeseburgers. Thanks, especially to Mr. Gregory.

Alley can’t handle working the drive through. She threw a huge hissy fit when I told her I my coffee was supposed to not have cream or sugar. The manager that stepped in to do alleys job was cool but it’s probably not worth the time or getting screamed at to go here. Embarrassing stuff alley.

I walked inside and had to use the bathroom before I ordered. I went to the bathroom, and the last person who used it was one of the workers. He lift the toilet dirty and nasty, which killed my appetite. If the worker is disgusting and doesn’t clean the toilet after using it, then the food will be disgusting too.

Never going back again. Just ordered a double cheeseburger with only cheese and a Mcdouble with no onions at the drive thru. After leaving, the order smelled of onions so I checked. Good thing I did because not only were there onions on both burgers, but one of the patties with the double cheese plain had a bite taken out of it. Like I said, never going again.

I just watched the female employee with a short ponytail leave the restaurant with a full drink sipping on it and then just tossed it in the parking lot! I could hear the weight of the drink hit the concrete. Then just kept on walking. If this is how she treats the outside of her job, I wonder what disrespectful things she’s doing inside? Possibly to customers food or stealing? She clearly has no respect for her job or the coworkers that will have to pick up her trash that she just threw across the parking lot. Plus why did she fill a cup with drink if she only wanted a few sips? Wasteful and doesn’t care. Just wow.

How many times have I said a place of business will always get my vote by their greeting. Hello this mcdonalds has it perfect. OK you my followers know how I feel about no name tags. They do not have them but no points was taken because greeting and excellent customer service. The young woman named Darlene is the one with greeting suggestive selling and a number 1 smile.. I do not have a name for the young lady who was the back up expeditor thoughtful caring people. Wow how long has it been since I’ve used those words in or about a mcdonalds. Kari is the one mentioned above. Now let’s let you know who has made it successful Christina the shift manager smiles great attitude and has the actions of leading by example. I’m 43 I’ve eaten at McDonald’s probably once a month since I was 5 and I just had the best food and service that I’ve had in well over a decade. Thank you to the lovely young black woman that took care of my order today. She greeted me with a smile and took care of all my needs quickly.
