okay i don’t write reviews but strap in… there i was (an hour ago as i type this), STARVING to death with a hunger only a five guys burger could satisfy. problem was… it was less than 15 minutes before close. as a food service worker myself, i fully accepted the possibility of them turning me away and i would have deserved it…but i had to try. i walked through the doors with a deep regret for what i was about to do, asked one of the five guys if they were still taking orders (they were), put my order in as fast as i could (no one’s rushing me). he read the order back, i thanked him and apologized for coming in so close to closing. i then got reassured, joked with, and treated like a homie… i wish i would’ve asked this guy’s name cuz he and the cook deserve a raise and like a year’s worth of pto. not only was he so chill and funny, but the final nail in the coffin, that led me to writing this melodramatic review… this burger was THE best burger i’ve had since the last time i got a five guys burger. i think the cook put literal magic fairy dust on my little bacon cheeseburger. my whole night was made. (i should clarify though, that unless it’s an emergency such as mine, i do not recommend coming into any store 15 minutes before close). i give this experience five stars, one for each guy.

A Bumpy Day for a Usual Favorite (Review)
I’m writing this review as a usually very satisfied customer, but today’s experience was definitely off. I decided to pre-order my meal, hoping to just quickly grab and go, but even with the pre-order, it ended up taking about 25 minutes longer than I anticipated.
While I was waiting, I noticed the team seemed particularly stressed. There was a moment where one of the customers was audibly frustrated with the fry cook for missing an order, having her go back to pick up the fries. Must of been a bit jarring certainly contributed to the overall slow-down mismanaged orders and slow to make orders system was a factor.
Sadly, when I got my order home, the quality wasn’t up to the usual standard I expect. My salad was slimy, and the burgers tasted distinctly “off.” I actually didn’t end up eating the food, which is a real shame.
I’ve had great experiences here before, but today was truly disappointing from the wait time to the food quality. I hope this was just an anomaly, but based on this visit, I unfortunately can’t recommend it right now.

Best place to grab a fresh simple burger and fries in the neighborhood. Feel like the other places around offer more “fancy” burgers, but fall short with the other offerings. Shakes are quality too! Staff is always welcoming and accommodating.

A little over three years ago we said ‘we will never eat here again’ after getting one more bad meal. But…..we thought we’d give them another try as we said ‘well, it’s been three years…..’. Wrong decision.
Used the mobile app to order. Two burgers, one large fry, two shakes. After picking up the order and getting home……no fries. Take a look at the burgers, and there are condiments missing that are on the receipt. What food we got, looks like crap.
We call to let them know the order were not complete…..wonderful hold music. 15 minutes worth of hold music.

5:30pm: placed order in app for two hamburgers (for wife and I). Scheduled pickup for 6:30
6:32pm: showed up to get food, there was quite a line (but we ordered ahead online, right?)
7:40pm: food received, after going to management and asking for food directly.
I have no idea what happened tonight, but my wife and I waited for 1:10hrs… we watched people come, the same people go… and no food. What a waste of time and money. Food was Five Guys. It was good, but not worth a 70 min wait. Could’ve just made dinner.
There weren’t even tubs available to put peanuts in. I had to use a drink lid to transport my peanuts.

Such nice and friendly team members! Stopped by for a quick bite, and they were super fast and hardly any wait at all. The burger and fries were fresh as they always are at majority of Five Guys locations. The restaurant was pretty clean, too!

Came here a couple months and had an amazing experience.
When I normally go to five guys, I know what to expect: A relatively messy burger that I enjoy, even though it can be annoying to deal with. When I came here with my wife and son, we had a perfectly assembled burgers, and it was honestly the best tasting five guys burger I’ve ever had.
On top of that, the manager on shift was driven to give everyone a great experience. Very impressed!

There was a really long wait and our food was just sitting up on the holding area the entire time. I kept telling my husband to ask. The fries were super hot though and they gave us an extra bag to put peanuts inside for our to go order. Looks like no one at this location ordered at the counter because all of us who were waiting walked in to the picknup side. I like all the toppings they have to choose from. Their milkshakes are delicious and you can add toppings to it. Food was still hot when we got home and made correctly to order. I love how they top your fries off whith a large scoop. There are always enoeugh to share.

A classic place that has been around for awhile now. Its simply a place where toy can get a nice burger with whatever toppings you like (complimentary) and also some peanuts while waiting for it. The burgers here are good in size and definitely filling. They are generous in their frenh fries portion, where a regular size is really all you need. I had the grilled cheese with the addition of a patty in it and it was delicious. The double cheeseburger was also good. It’s a simple place with no frills and reasonably priced.

9 pm Friday 9/7 Eric took my order but did not ask for a name. They refused to give me my order w/o a name. Stalling and offering no option, I went to my returned w the receipt. Ungraciously and mute, the guy handed me a grease-soaked bag. It contained soggy limp french fries and a disasterous hamburger in a wet bun that turned into glue and fell apart in my hands onto my car seat. Grease went everywhere. Next day I returned to speak to a manager. A woman w/ broken English said the manager was out for 20 minutes, then 45 minutes, then maybe he would not return at all. I waited over 1/2 hour. The 2 employees wouldn’t speak to me. No manager. No compensation.
