8 out of the last 10 times I’ve came here. Something in my order was not correct. Literally have to check my food before I leave because it is usually wrong. You’d think they’d get it together after only coming a few times in the last year. But guess they can’t. But guess I’ll learn the hard way and stop coming to Sonic in this town. They haven’t made it right with getting my money back after I drove home. And had to throw the food away. Said since I ordered off the app. I’d have to take it up with support on the app.

Ordered a medium number 5, side of pickle fries and a water with lemon wedges. after 20 minutes of waiting, I received my order which had 10 pickle fries and a water with lemon syrup. I sent the water back and ended up with a water with lime not lemon. Ended up just leaving, waste of my 15 dollars, better luck just going to McDonald’s.

The service was good but the Oreo cheesecake blast had hardly any Oreos or cheesecake in it. Barely any at all. My wife’s blast didn’t either. The only thing that was good was the strawberry milkshake.

Dumbest thing I’ve heard is, you must ask for marinara or ranch or whatever sauce you may want at the time of the order, because if you ask when they bring the food out, you will be charged. You spend almost 10 bucks for mozzarella sticks, but you have to pay for the dipping sauce. I had to laugh.

I wish I could post NO stars! I will definitely not be coming back. The service was horrible, I’ve gone several times through out different days thinking they might have been having a rough day or it was just the people working! It still crap so they may be, being lead by a horrible boss. Always rude, had to have them redo several drinks because they can’t make it right. I’ve never had this much trouble at a sonic. Will not be returning until it’s under new management.
