If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! This place holds such a special spot in my heart. As a former teacher of two incredible adults who now work here, seeing them thriving, smiling, and doing what they love is truly indescribable—it fills me with so much joy and pride.
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was nothing short of amazing—so welcoming, warm, and full of positive energy. Simon served me the most delicious scoop of cotton candy ice cream (YUM!), and you can bet I’ll be back soon to try that brownie coffee combo!
It’s so heartwarming to see a space where everyone genuinely enjoys what they do. It shines through in every interaction and every detail. I’m so grateful this gem exists in our community and can’t wait to return. Wishing continued success and happiness to the incredible

Seriously delicious ice cream. You can tell that it’s small-batch handmade. Reminds me of gelato, the way that it’s kept at just the right temperature. The waffle cone was crispy and light. Very generous portions, too! The atmosphere of the place is super sweet and we loved that there are multiple seating options. The music was quiet, which I appreciated, and there were coloring books, bubbles for outside, chalk, outdoor games, and card games for you to borrow. Highly highly recommend and hope they put UDF out of business 🙂

The entire staff were exceptional. Augie was friendly, kind and an AMAZING rapper. Aaron was a total superstar. He even showed me his TikTok. Didn’t know this place had a superstar working for them. The ice cream was a 10 out of 10. Telling everyone I know to visit.

Banana pudding ice cream was really yummy. I got caramel sauce on top. Perfect combo. The staff was friendly and the parlor was clean and super cute.

I mistakenly walked in thinking they were open, and the owner was so unbelievably kind and still allowed me to make a purchase. The shop’s cause is so important—plus they have incredible ice cream. But please make sure they’re actually open when you go, unlike me.

Okay so I showed up even though they were closed but they still served me (don’t do that I was just very lucky)
The ice cream is homemade, and the perfect consistency. I got the peanut butter chocolate with a Reeces topping. It wasn’t so sweet I felt sick, and it was a fair price. 4.50$ for a single scoop and the topping.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stop here. They had plenty of flavors, which are all made in-house (as well as the waffle cones). The prices were very standard for an ice-cream parlor.
They also are big supporters of people with disabilities. We noticed that they kept the house music at a low level and they had a bunch of different seating options, including the actual material that you were sitting on. They also provide employment to people with disabilities and have a bulletin board full of events to help with outreach.
Great ice cream and great people.

Lovely place with cute and comfortable decor, a patio to sit and enjoy your ice cream as well! We visited here for the first time during the Cincy Ice Cream battle for best ice cream, and it was delicious! I had the Golden Ribbon, which had caramel and toffee pieces. It’s all handmade. Service was great and friendly – love the opportunity this shop provides! We will be back!
