Ordered a simple large limeade. Waited for 15 minutes as they served all the vehicles and orders behind me. I kindly asked the server if he could expedite my beverage and after an additional 10 minutes had to go inside to prod and saw at least 15 people working. On what, I’m not sure because there were only a few cars behind me and I still could not get them to make my drink. Sonic corporate needs to do something about the service at this location before it tarnishes their brand locally. Do not waste your time here, especially if you’re thirsty and time is of the essence.

We ordered 2 crispy chicken tender combos with onion rings. We only got one of the orders. We also ordered a large vanilla milkshake. We told them only one order came out right. When they brought the 2nd order out, there were no onion rings and tater tots were in their place. And the tater tots were soggy and cold. It didn’t take very long each time to bring our food. I even commented about how fast it took and if they were sitting there or if they were cooked when ordered. She said, no it was cooked when we ordered it. So basically after each border you need to check your bags and make sure your order is correct. Don’t do like I did and take off before checking because I lived so far away there was no sense going back.

Tots and fries were completely inedible, cold and stale, if I had to guess they’d been sitting out for a while. Sandwiches were ok, but we also sat and waited for several minutes with no response or acknowledgment from staff. There were maybe 5 cars total in the parking lot. Chili cheese dog was so cold it was inedible. Complete waste of money. Most of our food was thrown away it was so bad.

Website and store says it opens at 8am. I’ve showed up at 8:30 numerous times and have gotten no response at the drive through or when at a stall. When I have been lucky enough to get food, it’s rarely even warm. I don’t know that it matters because I won’t be back to this location, but could you post the actual hours that people are working and or willing to take an order.

Every time I try to go through drive through in the morning, I never end getting anything. Just sit there in a line of cars waiting for someone to take orders. It must be severely understaffed. First few times it was less than 10 minutes after opening, so I figured it just took them longer to get going in the morning. The last time, they didn’t have a cook on staff and could only offer drinks.

Sauced chicken had all the sauce on the bottom making half the chicken saucy, no sauce on top chicken but its not even warm enough to shake the sauce around. Onion rings were clearly over fried being hard as candy. The shake I got that was displayed on the menu and was chocolate was a completely different shake too was supposed to be oreo cheesecake, which you can taste the cheesecake but not the oreo and the shake was vanilla. I asked one of the waitresses about it politely, and she just gave me an attitude and said “I made it. Its right.” She was very unprofessional and made no effort to actually talk to me, I understand you were busy but a simple “I’m sorry, thats the shake we actually make the image is wrong.” In a fake customer voice would’ve been perfectly fine to me, but instead she chose to act completely unprofessional. With the unprofessionalism and the disgusting food we will never be back. It also wasn’t just my food it was our whole group’s.
