Typical Sonic. Food is good. I especially like Sonic Blast’s. The biggest complaint,really only complaint, is Drive thru takes forever. Sonic’s are notorious for slow drive thru. This one is the worst I’ve been to. It’s not just sometimes it’s everytime.

Was not too busy, but still waited around 10 minutes to order from a stall. Once ordered, food was ready in about 5 minutes. I had stopped going to sonic about a decade ago, as their quality really went downhill. That said, I was really impressed with the burger, and especially the tots this time. It was a very good food experience overall. Will be going back.

Somehow, over the course of 7 years, not once have i received food that was actually hot. every single time i come here and i get food whether it’s drive thru, the stalls, or even online orders, im waiting for at least half an hour even when im the only one there and all of my food is almost as cold as my drink. what is taking so long if ALL of my food is cold.

Absolutely ridiculous experience at Sonic. Ordered a kids chicken tender meal with tots and a strawberry limeade. When I asked Katie for ONE ranch at the window, she said it was “too late.” Since when do chicken tenders especially a kids meal not come with sauce?
To make it worse, she sounded like she had food in her mouth while talking to me. Completely unprofessional and rude. If adding ranch to a kids tender meal is too much to handle, maybe customer service isn’t the right spot for her. Won’t be back anytime soon.

Ordered through DoorDash which normally works out very well but this time not at all. I ordered the deluxe triple smasher. I asked for ONLY ketchup and mayo on it. I received a double with EVERYTHING on it. Even if I was a person that enjoyed pickles, onions and tomatoes there’s no way I’d be able to eat this. The structure of the sandwich alone is gross!

Visited today and was disappointed with the service. I ordered a large Coke Zero with sugar-free cherry and vanilla, but was given a medium Coke instead. Even after I explained I had asked for a large (and repeated it twice when ordering), the issue wasn’t corrected—apparently, I was rung up for a medium.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had problems here. The wait is always long, the staff are not very quick, and my orders are often incorrect. Overall, the service continues to fall short of expectations.

Seriously waiting in the drive thru for a bag of ice for 10 minutes. The person in front of me still hasn’t received their order. I only come here for the mini ice pellets. Worst sonic ever so far. Unbelievable now there’s 3 people behind me and one still in front of me. Super slow Sonic.

I visit this location often and am never happy with the service or the food. Today, we got chicken strips and they were dried out and hard. They appeared to be a day old. We also got a burger and it was dried out. The service felt like we were bothering the staff and we had to repeat our order numerous times at the speaker. It is worth going to a competitor if they have what you want.

Pulled up was the only one there, took 5 mins to place my order. We sat for 15 mins to get our food. Got home half of my food was burnt and none of our sauces we’re in the bag. Never had an issue here and it was only 930 and I was the only one in line. Very disappointed but will still be back as this has never happened before.
