We ordered on the app on the evening of 7/6, a burger combo and pretzel twists. Arrived…. And waited, and waited, and waited. 35 minutes later, we buzzed the kitchen to see if we could see what was the delay – no response. After another 7 minutes of no response we decided to leave. 42 minutes and we had contact with no one at this place. We never received our food, I even prepaid a tip in the app, but I will have to dispute the charge now on my card. Drive-through seemed to have the same problem as cars would drive up and stall for awhile and then they would just leave due to no movement. This place has a serious management problem…. I am assuming they were lacking staff to support the customers. Not sure what is going on at this place, but we will not return.

Very disappointed. Sonic is one of my favorites and I don’t get to one often. They forgot half of our order and the food was almost cold. Service was very slow. Not very clean. The bathroom area had food on the floor and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in over a year. The staff were yelling so loud and swearing even louder all could be heard clear as day by the bathroom where my 6 year old was. The outdoor seating area was also very dirty. Tables were sticky and grubby looking.

We love this place, however TIME is taking its toll. Several busted screens , so ordering from the app may be ideal. The staff walked to 4 other cars trying to deliver our order to the other cars. So staff doesn’t know which stall is which. Food was no longer the temp or texture desired. Ordered online, and still had that issue. Waited 45 minutes for 2 milkshakes and a Pretzel the time previous. When waiting for our order this go-round we finally used the red button on the screen and waited another 15 minutes for a response. An apology was extended over the speaker system however so big kudos for the staff members manners ♡

I pulled up to a stall and pushed the button. There were 3 staff outside laughing it up. I waited 5 min and no one responded to me. I went to leave and one of them asked if I had been told drive through only. I said no one had answered. I went to the drive through. I finally got my turn and no one greeted me on the speaker. After waiting another few minutes, I just left. The staff were still outside when I pulled off.

Casey and Dan saw us pull up and we didn’t realize how late it was but the light clicked off and as we were pulling out they said not to leave they’d get our order, me being pregnant and needing food lol was the best thing ever and for my husbands sake as well(me without food and pregnant=hangry pregnant women) and I definitely would it took it out on him so not only thank you for saving our marriage that night but thanks for the great food and customer service you two deserve well earned raises you don’t see that type of service anymore! Keep up the amazing service and I’ll be sending everyone over to you guys just not as late as we showed up 😉 thank you again!

I ordered my food on the app before I got to Sonic. I live about 8 minutes from the store and the app said my food would be ready in even less time than that. I have an almost 2 year old and we were already eating dinner a little later than normal. I get there and check in on the app as I usually do. Put in my stall number as directed. About 10 minutes go by and I’ve seen employees come out several different times delivering food to different cars. I check mt app again and my order isn’t there anymore and it doesn’t show my name on the screen in the stall I’m in! I have to go to order history to even see my order. I let ANOTHER 10 minutes go by thinking maybe they’re behind and I finally ask one of the employees. She asked for my same and said she’ll check. Then I see her come out 3 more times and doesn’t acknowledge me. Of course another 10 minutes go by and now my daughter is getting antsy. I finally just press the button on the screen and let them know the issue, 5 minutes later my food comes out and it’s not fresh at all! Never will go there again! All the employees were lazy and didn’t care about the service they were providing. The trash was full in every trash can and trash was flying everywhere around the building.

I order online and wait 35 mins before my food came out 5 cars had came and gone before I had to ask for a refund so that I could take my family else where, the lady that I spoke with asked the name of the order and went into the building. Then another lady came back out 5 mins later with our food and not once did anyone apologize or say anything. My food was cold and my burger had a half inch of grease layered on it as if it was a condiment! This is unacceptable.

The workers don’t care at all. Took 30 minutes to get our online order. Not even busy yet the employees are in and out the door with no food in their hands looking for a cigarette to smoke. Don’t go here if you’re looking for FAST food. Which sucks because I grew up around and love sonic. Used to go to sonic everyday but won’t be returning here unless they change their employees ways.

NEVER open on time. Have to wait forever to get some service. Once they care that you are there they will help and are great. Seems like they really don’t want to be there and take their time to do everything. I haven’t been able to order breakfast here for weeks (I love the breakfast) because they never open till about 920 930 or you pull up in the drive thru and you have to wait ten minutes for help if you get it at all. Worst customer service ever
