20 minute wait to be seated?!? Come on people!! There were 25 open tables and they crammed everyone onto one side. Even the employees were embarrassed. They had to cram all the patrons on top of each other. Food and service were good!! Management should be working for 50% off since they were only half open.

My sister and I ate here on 5/24/23. We have previously eaten at this establishment and the food and service has been great. Today was totally different, Not sure if they were short staffed or something else, we ordered our drinks and food. Promptly got our drinks and when the food came out was a little disappointed. My sister ordered a burger and fries, I ordered chicken strips with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese, biscuit and dipping sauce. No biscuit ,got dipping sauce with a to go box. Didn’t taste chicken strips but Mac and cheese was good. Hopefully they were only having a bad day. Eating out is expensive but a treat none the less. They gave us tea to go.

Would like to commend our server named Karen. The dinning room was packed with customers but she was so happy and cheerful while taking our order. Made sure our beverages were filled as busy as she was taking care of other customers. Overall a great experience. Thanks to Karen for great customer service.

On Sunday, June 18th we went to Cracker Barrel in Saraland for brunch with my daughters and grandchildren. There were 9 of us including 4 children 5 and under. We arrived at 10:30 and were seated immediately. The waitress took our order around 10:50. We received biscuits and our drinks, but the food was another story. After speaking to both the waitress and manager twice and being promised “just a few minutes” we walked out at 12:05 without any of our order brought to our table. It was Father’s Day and busy, but a family across from us that came in at the same time had eaten and left before we walked out. I find this totally unexcusable and will not bring my family there again.
