Went for the first time. And I can honestly say I will never go back. Hamburger taste like the burgers we had in school half meat more soy. Onion rings was cooked in I don’t know lets just say I never had sweet cinnamon onion rings and I never want them again.

Tried sonic for the first time. Unfriendly staff, awful food, and they overcharged us by about 5 dollars and the food came out wrong. Considering most of the food was almost inedible, we feel completely robbed. Absolutely will not come back to this location or any other location for that matter. Save your money and your gut, go to steak and shake next door

We would be told there would be a wait on our chicken strips, which we would have been ok with but they brought out our food so fast, I would have preferred the wait, half my chicken strips were old and chewy and the other half were fresher. They didn’t ask nor give us an option of sauce just brought our BBQ which is ok but I would have preferred honey mustard. The red bull slushy was good.

Ordered through delivery and they forgot a burger. Needed to drive the 5 miles there to get the replacement. Wasn’t offered anything else to compensate for their mistake. Cost me a 1/2 hour of my time and the gas to only get what I had paid for. Should have better service and consideration for the customer. Now I am very hesitant to order again.

All I got was a drink ordered from the app so it would be half price. I sat through a line of over twenty cars and about forty minutes. On the app it still says to pull up into a stall and let them know you’re there for your online order. That’s not possible to do because all of these stalls are blocked off. They need a serious change if they’re going to keep in business. I saw several cars pulling away in front of and behind me. The employees were absolutely very polite so this is not their fault. This is the fault of corporate either not knowing or not caring how to run the business. I’m sorry to say I will never return to another sonic drive in.

Bathroom door was locked. Not sure who took my order but he was a rude jerk. If i didn’t think he would spit in my food i would of said something. Before i ordered we was told that there was a long wait time before we could get our food but it came out within 5min. Definitely filling out a complaint. The female car hop was nice. Only a few places to park and order because they had a trash can or a traffic cone in front of the parking spots. Lots of litter in the parking lot, my three years old daughter even said something about it.

Sonic lies! So I order a slushie with a mix in of cherries and it cost an extra 70 cents and when I came to pick up it had no cherries when I mentioned it the employee rolled her eyes and she went back and put in two cherries now to me two cherries is no mix in! When I asked if I could at least get a refund of the cherries i paid for she said no because I ordered on the app. Very rude and wouldn’t make any accommodations. Do better sonic!

Just tried to order and the person taking the order was one of the rudest jerks I have ever dealt with. I didn’t even get my order in. I left. I definitely in these words told the person taking the order he was a jerk and is horrible for sonics business. I rarely get to a sonic and doubt I will ever go again.

My first time here. I heard they had Texas toast and was very disappointed when they told me they were out. I should have turned around and left. The toast is what I went for. The food was something left to be desired. My fault for tipping. Never again.
