I go to Sonic in Avon today I order a footlong meal I got the all American no relish add cheese. This is what I got and it has a ton of relish on it. I called to talk to someone, the guy answers the phone hello… I sit there for a second, he says hello again so then I am like is this Sonic’s, he says yes well I proceed to tell him what was going on and I couldn’t go back up there. He was pretty much ignored me while I was on in the phone like I wasn’t there. Finally I had to just say I’ll call back and just talk to the manager tomorrow and he pretty much hung up. P..S. that lady who took my order has it right. She did amazing..

I got off work and was wanting a cheeseburger and some onion rings. They were out of onion rings so I ordered a double cheeseburger. They are good. I got my sandwich and drove across Meijer and parked. It was dark outside. I got a crispy chicken instead. It was actually supposed to be a double cheeseburger. I just got off work and took a bite. Let it go but that’s not what I ordered.

We waited for about 15 minutes for our food, and it came out missing stuff. We went through the drive-through to get the stuff we were missing, and it took them nearly 45 minutes to get our food. I feel really bad since they obviously had almost no one working. The store definitely needs a new manager.

I will NEVER eat here. Cross contamination on the tater tots. Vomited all night, I only ate a couple because the taste was weird. Kids love your milkshakes but I’m a “we will find another place”. Shame on you. Good grief it was disgusting! Be ware people!

Went there today and not a great experience. First mistake was that they charged me for and gave me a foot-long chili cheese coney when I had originally asked for a regular one. Second complaint is that when I got my food, it was sloppily presented. Chili was all over the inside of the bag and food containers. Thirdly, tater tots and mozzarella sticks were hard and over-cooked, almost burnt and tasted like they were fried in old grease. My only suggestion is please put more effort and care into your work and be more consistent. I have had good experiences with this establishment in the past so I know you can do better.

First,the screen we went to was broke,number two the fries we got was so cold and hard we couldn’t eat them,never been so disappointed. The manager that day needs a talking too,sending out food like that will cost you money and customers. Do better get employees that have common sense.

Went to the drive-thru at this location. We were trying to get the little girl attention at the window. She completely ignored us. Then she asked if we wanted our coin change. We were so irritated, that we just said forget it. And she thanked us for the tip. Then the food was wrong and was cold. We’ll never go to this one AGAIN
