Food was good but the service is very iffy. This is the second time I’ve had problems paying at the car port. The manager said they’ve had problems with the card reader. Yep. After trying to pay we were left wondering what just happened. I went to inquire about our order and the manager immediately got defensive. Finally got things straighted out but what a hassle.

I’m not sure why but they always mess up orders and do replace them I guess they are trying to do the best they can, not alog of people work there I get they are short handed as is everyone else in the world and food is OK at times some times it could be better and service with a smile couldn’t hurt but other than that it’s fast food I guess lol can’t complain too much.

Worst customer service ever. They get your order wrong and then don’t want to make it right. Then when they fix it they half way fix it. Made me pay for something I didn’t order and pay for what I ordered to begin with.

We ordered at #13. I asked for lettuce on the 3 kids meal burgers. She said to check the screen for accuracy and then pay. (Also she called me baby at the end of every sentence.) Nothing showed up. I did the call button again and a different person answered. I told her no order showed up so I didn’t put my card in to pay. She said my order was showing up at #12. It was close to 15 minutes before someone brought out my order. I gave her my card to pay and asked for ketchup. I checked the food and found no lettuce on the burgers. She brought back my receipt and card with ketchup and I asked her to bring lettuce. While I waited I checked my reciept. They overcharged me over $3 total ($1+ of each kids order). I waited for my lettuce that never came and I couldn’t ask about the overcharge. I didn’t have time to press the button again and wait as I had to go pick up daughter. The topper was that all the food was barely warm. The fries were limp and gross. And the lime slushy tasted terrible, like too much syrup. Horrible waste of $30.

If I could give this place 0 STARS I would!! Me and my fiancé stopped by sonic for lunch, and he ordered a coney and some sort of hot dog that was SUPPOSED to have relish, mustard and ketchup ETC I can’t remember what it was actually called on the menu but, what I’m going for is they gave my fiancé his hot dog just as simple as this!!!!!!! Just a bun and a HOTDOG!!!!! We was going to go back to get a refund as well but I was already half way home and considering I live about 30+ minutes from this sonic!!! I will NOT go back here again!

If I could give this place zero Stars I would. Absolutely terrible everything is overcooked and cold at the same time I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here. I wouldn’t feed this to my cat if I had one. It honestly upsets me to keep going to these type of establishment spending my hard-earned money just to get completely disgusting food.

First of all, on the website it shows you have Chicago and New York style hot dogs, but when we asked for them we were told they don’t carry them. We then asked for onion rings and we were told they were out and it would be 3 hours!!! That is insane! If it takes 3 hours to make onion rings,then they should have had them already cooking! VERY DISAPPOINTED

Terrible service everytime we come. We waited over 20 minutes dor just ice cream ans cheery limeaides. Theyre always out of everything. The reeses blast we ordered barely had any reeses. The limeaid we ordered was watered down and they somehow had no ice to put in them. They took them back to make them again and somehow came out worse with reused lids while using no gloves.

I could only give 3 stars on service due to the fact that once I received my order in drive thru and paid my total that I sat at the drive thru window for 4 more minutes still waiting for my change. Customers behind me were honking their horns and I tapped on the window and STILL couldn’t get anyone to come to the window. I finally pulled away from the window and into a parking spot and had to ask thru the order menu to speak to someone about my change that I was still owed from drive thru… they eventually came out (7 minutes later) and I was told the cashier in drive thru “forgot she didn’t give me my chance “!! REALLY?? LIKE IM GIVING YOU A $17.84 TIP???? NOT A CHANCE!!! IT WAS DRIVE THRU!!!
