This is the third time I have asked for a sonic fry sauce and still not received. it I never got my bbq or ketchup either which would’ve been fine other than I was on a roadtrip and had no sauces in my car. I have been to this location often and something is always wrong, my food,drink, and was even yelled at for feeding wild life its appropriate food.

We’ve tried giving this sonic chance after chance because our options are limited in Scottsville. But after today. I don’t think we will be back. I thought my chili dog was tasting funny and looked at the hot dog and it’s gray and spotted. I don’t think I could feel more nauseous.

How does this place score lower than McDonald’s in Scottsville? I’ve had my food wrong like 3 times in 33 years. Compared to McDonald’s getting in wrong 80% of the time. The food is hotter and I can pull right in and order and get my food in the same place, compared to McDonald’s I have to stop at 4 places before I get my food, menu, first window, second window, and spot B. Only complaints is they no longer add actual cherries to drinks, just the syrup, I guess. The menu as shortenedover time, but I guess thats a coperate thing and not so much a franchisees decision..and the food is a little on the expensive side, but economy stinks rn, so I get it. But it’s worth it to get hot food, and I don’t mind waiting a little longer for something I pay for and expect in return.

Most the time I have a good experience here. Lately, not so much. My orders have been messed up. Today I ordered the grilled cheeseburger, no mustard add garlic butter. When I got it there was mustard and no garlic butter. The nice lady said she’d have them remake it. I wish I could share the picture I took. When I say my sandwich was sitting in a pool of garlic butter, the wrapper had a puddle of it in it. I didn’t mess up the order. But when correcting it, they didn’t need to go overboard.

When I stop here it’s usually a quick order and pick-up on the way home from work, usually on Friday. I order ahead, get there and park, and the food doesn’t take any time at all to be ready. It’s always been hot and tasty except for maybe once, the fries weren’t hot. But, I mostly go for the shakes. Yum.

Unfortunately, our options are limited in Scottsville so there’s no way to totally avoid this Sonic or I would. The food is OK, the people are nice, but they hardly ever get your order right.

Today was the latest fiasco. We ordered food to go, got home, and yet again my order was wrong. I ordered my burger with mustard…I got Mayo. I ordered UNsweet tea, I got SWEET tea. It’s become the running joke at our house, my order will be wrong. The rare occasion that it isn’t is a pleasant surprise.

I’m not sure if they can’t hear well over the speakers or if they just don’t care. But it sure is frustrating.

So overall through the years it’s been a pretty solid sonic and the food is good. But I’ve been having several issues here recently. Just this morning I went up there to get a breakfast burrito that’s all I wanted. I spent 15 minutes looking at a screen that said red button pushed we will be with you shortly. I’m generally really patient especially with restaurants cause I know things get chaotic. But there was 3 customer vehicles there including mine and I had 2 workers look at my stall and even a car hop bring an order to the stall right next to mine and no one took my order. 15 minutes wasted for nothing. Also to mention recently it took me 30 minutes to get a singular large sweet tea.

Was very busy when I went right in the middle of lunch time rush. I would say around 80 percent of capacity in the car stalls. From the time I hit the button to the time I got my food was around 8 minutes, so very good job there considering how busy it was. I do wish you had the option of giving a tip on the screen when you insert a card, but that is of no fault of this actual location. Overall pleased and the food was fresh and good.
