Waited outside for about 15 minutes for my curbside order. Went inside to find the 2 employees literally playing around in the kitchen while my order sat on the counter. I asked the Circle K employee if they were in charge of Subway. She said yes. She said they stopped doing curbside months ago. Why does the app still offer curbside then Subway?? I just read a review from 6 months ago with the same issue. This gas station has only gotten worse since Circle K took over ownership.

Standing here in the gas station watching two very sad very very unwelcoming, unfriendly, slow and robotic like people working. I was the first of many to the counter that were ignored. The two staff working have left us all standing here. They haven’t said a word. When I told the female working that I was here she didn’t ask my name. She moved to the person behind me. She helped him and got his order. I mentioned this to the man working and he said he would start my order but they are still taking care of people who got here after me. I work in fast food and I’ve never seen a more sad and slow work environment. The staff are providing no customer service and no speed at all. After all of that I found a very sharp seed or pit in my food. First time to a subway in Las cruces. I’m appalled.

I ordered three sandwiches which they normally do really well but particular tonight I ordered a BLT for my daughter when we got home there was no bacon in the BLT which is kind of depressing since they kind of rushed us out of the store with our order. They never seem happy anymore like they used to. I think it’s pretty sad that when I get home because I live so far from this location and it was on the way home I had to make my own bacon for my daughter and put it on her sandwich will not be returning

I ordered a 6in Chicken Teriyaki. So my bread was cut to size, chicken warmed and cheese added. I asked for the Chicken Teriyaki sauce and was informed they were out. I told them they should have told me when I first ordered the sandwich cause I would have chosen something else. Paid for the sandwich and left disappointed
