I went through the driveway tonight and order the wings and things with traditional buffalo. And no salt on the French fries. The fries were obviously fries that they had originally seasoned and then threw back in the fryer as they’re now a greasy mess and still have salt on them. gross.
When I questioned the sauce at the window, they said well tongue torch is our buffalo sauce, so I’m not sure why they put this glaze on my wings when I asked for original buffalo. Also gross.

Ordered Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries to go, got to my destination and was extremely disappointed. I am assuming the person that made this order was in training and wasn’t aware of what went on the fries, because this order was missing the cheese. It looks like they cut up one chicken tender and one piece of bacon. One of the reasons I go to certain chain restaurants is for the consistency, if this was the first time I had gotten this meal, I wouldn’t get it again. Unfortunately it’s not worth driving back for a new order.

This was a very good visit. My wife and I are trying to eat healthier. Being skeptical we entered and were happy to find a decent selection of salads.
The meal was good. The restaurant was clean. The employees were very friendly. Service was good. Restroom was clean with paper supplies stocked.

Purchased Big Zac Snack. I remember when Zaxby’s first opened in Raleigh, NC. The chicken fingers were very large. Now they are so tiny. I had one that was 3 inches long on top of two fingers that were only so small. One about 2 inches, the other 1 1/2 inches. Only reason I didn’t take back is I got BOGO free for survey I completed. Otherwise, not worth the money.

The service was okish ordered two sides of chicken, bacon, ranch fries, and two milkshakes. Neither one of us got a whole piece of bacon between the two of us and then the birthday cake ice cream milkshake had no cake pieces just sprinkles. Nobody was really friendly or talkative everybody just kind of kept their head down and walked. Normally have better service here

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and 10 pieces of their traditional wings. My order took exactly 21 minutes after it was placed. My grilled sandwich as you can see in the picture has little to no lettuce or sauce. My wings were very dry and not tasteful and some of them tasted burnt.

Their chicken is not as good as it used to be, they don’t give you enough sauce (nuclear) and Zaxbys used to be my favorite, over the years they have just gone down hill.

LOVE this location! Typically I pick up lunch from the Creighton location once a week but decided to pick up dinner from this location one night. I ordered from the front counter inside. Food was prepared super fast (they appeared to be training and had ample hands on deck) and was exactly what I asked for with all the correct condiments. The staff was super friendly and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. Will definitely be back to this location.
