Did a mobile order for two drinks, got there and checked in all that good stuff. We waited for 10-15 minutes, for two drinks, just for the completely wrong order to come out. They claimed it was my order, but the receipt and my phone had the same order. The kid brought out someone else’s order that food and a shake, again two drinks, before making sure the food and the receipt was right. He stared at us for a while and then he finally walked away and got a manager. Told him what happened, then blamed it on us, saying they made our drinks 40 minutes ago and that they put it in a different tray because we weren’t there yet. Just an over all annoying problem. I don’t know why it’s so hard to read a ticket and match it with the food. And it was just two drinks.

Every so often, I come to this location to have a “Netflix on my tablet on my Bluetooth radio device at Sonic date” with my girlfriend in my suv, and every time I come here, the food is good, and the workers are awesome! Top notch place for great food and atmosphere! Highly suggest it!

Man taking the order was rude and not personable. Very gruff, and had to repeat the order, because he wasn’t listening. He ignored my question, and quickly just gave me the total. Waited 12 mins. They bring my food. Forgot the queso, and the fry container barely had any fries in it. Took her 8 mins to bring the queso, then she went back to get more fries, and that was 7 mins ago and I’m still waiting. Only reason there is 1 star, because the car hop, was pleasant. Lemonade was weak. She offered to remake it because she said it looked weak.

Everytime I come to this location it’s a disaster. They forget my order and leave me waiting for 30 minutes, forget sauces or just mess the order up, ask me to pull closer or use the drive thru instead of a stall so they don’t have to go outside, and just seem very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Half the time they don’t even give me back change or ask if I want change back and have double charged me multiple times. Will not be returning and will spread the word about this horribly run location. I haven’t had a good experience since they opened this new location.

Ordered on the app. Half price drinks and bogo free chicken sandwich!! The app was really easy to use.
Pulled into a stall, and food was out within minutes. It was all hot and fresh.
I wanted extra pickles. I got them, all in one lump. It’s not a deal breaker for me, but take a little more pride in your work.
My lunch date said her cherry limeaide (with extra cherry flavoring and fruit) didn’t taste like cherry. I didn’t think it did either. She was pretty bumbed about it.

Ordered an order of sauced JUMBO, I repeat, Jumbo Popcorn Chicken and they serve me this. What looks like literally the little fry scrap bits with Buffalo sauce thrown on top. I told the cook if I could have them remade with bigger actual sizes, and he told me that I’m wrong and thats how big they are. Guess I’m wrong? Idk I just remember them being a little bigger..

Doesn’t matter if you’re in the drive thru, order ahead on the app 5 minutes before hand or 20 minutes before hand. You will never get your order within 10 minutes. Half the time it’ll be wrong, too.

Always had great experiences at this Sonic (fast delivery, good customer service) and I loved coming here until this morning. Got my boyfriend a bacon breakfast burrito and dropped it off to him at work. Half way through eating it he sends me a photo of his burrito with multiple hairs in it that he almost ate. Check your food is all I’ll say.

Good service, TERRIBLE food experience. I ordered a hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge. I get the sundae and the top is loose. I go to put it back on and liquid icecream streams out of the side of the cup into my lap. Not like a few drops, like half the icecream in the cup is liquid. After cleaning myself and my seat, I eat what little is left and find that they didn’t even give me the extra hot fudge I requested and paid extra for. This happened on 6/3/2025 at roughly 6:30 pm.
