I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this location has consistently been disappointing. The employees are often rude and have an attitude when interacting with customers. On top of that, the service is extremely slow every time I visit. I understand fast food can get busy, but this location seems unreasonably slow compared to other McDonald’s I’ve been to. I hope management can address both the customer service and efficiency issues.

This place is DIRTY !!!!! Way more than just the usual dirty tables too. The kids play center is COVERED in layers and layers of dirt. The toddler slide looks like.
It has not been touched with a rag or anything.Since the place opened, who knows how many years ago. We go to a lot of place centers, and many of them are dirty, but this has to be the worst. The managers should all be fired. I do feel bad for the workers that were there because they were clearly understaffed and there was one way doing her very best
And clearly not getting any help from anyone else.

Fairly clean restaurant and has an indoor playground which is great for kids. Staffed by very young employees. In their phones and not very attentive. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese anf bacon but they forgot the bacon. Took it back and watched the manager pick up the bun with her bare hands, put bacon on the burger and give it back to me. When I daid something she just said “Sorry, Im just really tired” and walked away.

This is probably one of the more disappointing trips I’ve ever had at McDonald’s. When placing my order through the speaker, the employee never gave me. My total never read anything back and then told me to pull up to the last window. It wasn’t until that window that I found out how much my food total was she seemed impatient that I didn’t have the money ready for her. I got the new Mc crispy strips. You could tell that they had been sitting around because they were mushy. I then bit into one of them, and it was so chewy that it was inedible when I asked for ketchup for my french fries she made it seem like I had put her out and was asking for something completely ridiculous. I don’t think I’ll go back.

I went through the drive-through using the mobile app with a code. There was a problem with the code so the person working the drive-through window got their manager. The manager Heidi was awful. All she did was make faces and tell me she is not an app designer. Not sure what that’s supposed to mean. But she could not have been any ruder. . Throughout the whole conversation, she just continued to make faces and completely walked away and left without a resolution. Everyone else was extremely nice. She should not be in this position and is a poor role model for all the other employees !

Of all the McDonald’s I frequent this one has the worst customer service. Sit in drive threw for over 5 minutes before they take your order with one car at the window. Don’t know who owns this one but they should be a shamed of this place and having thier name attached to it. This place needs a surprise visit from Corporate!! Badly!!

I got up to the counter, 5 people were standing around. 2 came over to clock in or out neither one acknowledged us. There seemed to be 2 managers on arguing over who was ok to be sent on break. Finally a 3rd employee walked over, and just stood there, so I finally said are you here to take my order or are you also clocking out? He took my order. The order came up while we were in the play place and they didn’t call it over the speaker, the fries were cold and they only gave me like 5. I walked up to the counter and was ignored again until the younger manager finally walked over and I asked if it was a real serving of fries. She gave me more which were actually hot this time. Of all the employees here only like 2 had a McDonald’s shirt on, the others all had plain sweatshirts on. While all of these employees were on break/standing around all of the tables in the playroom were dirty. Overall very disappointing.

I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. 3 cars in the other lane ordered, and after the 4th I left. I missed my lunch break and now I have to wait another 4 hours to eat. I havent ate in 8 hours already. Thanks for ruining my day. Maybe try answering more than one lane. Im sure the 3 people behind me waiting their turn are pissed off too. You’ll never get another dime from me. This is the 2nd time in a row this location did this to me and its the last straw. I know they dont pay you guys but you could at least try.
