Usually I like this place but I’m pretty perturbed with the service here lately. My final straw was tonight where I pulled in 30 minutes before I had to go to work. I ordered two sackfuls with no cheese and they told me to pull around and they would bring it out to me in about six minutes. I sat there for about 25 minutes, watched them service about 4 other vehicles at the drive through window, and start sweeping and mopping the place up. When I went up to the window I asked if they had my order ready and the girl at the window told me they had to cook my burgers. I told her I needed to go to work and asked if I could send someone right back to grab my order for me, she said they close at 11 strictly and asked if I wanted to wait for my burgers or leave them. I chose to touch wait for the food I paid for and was late to work. Remember, they told me they’d bring my burgers out in about 6 minutes.
The kicker on the top is they got my order wrong and put cheese on my burgers. I’m lactose intolerant.

Coming from a city with multiple Krystal’s fast food joints around the area, I HATE I have to drive to Jonesboro to cure my itch for some chicken Krystals! But lol I still go there, quite often! This location doesn’t serve breakfast, only lunch.
But, it’s a good, hot Krystal’s meal every time I go.

Visited this location for lunch after letting the crowds calm down following the initial opening. I ordered a Pick 5 meal to try a few things from the menu. I got a Krystal, a Chick, a Chili Pup, tater tots and a water. Honestly, I wasn’t impressed. The best items were the Chili Pup and the Chick as they tasted the freshest of the combo. The Krystal had some very soggy bread and the tater tots tasted like they were fried in old oil or they had been sitting out a while.
This all may be from the newness of the location and after training staff and some time perhaps they will be fixed. Overall, it’s just ok and I’m not going to run out to visit it with any urgency anytime soon.

Not sure what the hype is because the food is trash! It’s never hot and always greasy. The cookies are served cold. The drinks are always flat. 3rd times a charm. I refuse to visit this location again.

They serve the all you can eat lunch Krystal’s reheated in microwave and serve them to the patrons at dinner time. I can not totally put in to words how nasty they look , the bread is hard and the meat literally looks like someone pick a big scab off there body and put it on a dried up bun. I have called the manager in the past about this and still they continue to sell this stuff. The owner really needs to get a handle on this before they kill someone with food poisoning at this location. Planning to report to the health and food inspectors this time. Please see picture

I haven’t had Krystal burgers and fries this good in a couple of decades. Everything was fresh and hot and the fries were perfectly crispy. Glad we stopped by for dinner! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stopped by Sunday around 1pm on the way to the Waterpark and may never eat Krystal again. How can a streamed burger be so dry? It almost had to be reheated in the microwave or something. Oh & this is the best one.
