Ordered an order of sauced JUMBO, I repeat, Jumbo Popcorn Chicken and they serve me this. What looks like literally the little fry scrap bits with Buffalo sauce thrown on top. I told the cook if I could have them remade with bigger actual sizes, and he told me that I’m wrong and thats how big they are. Guess I’m wrong? Idk I just remember them being a little bigger..

This new location on Russellville Rd is beautiful. Since opening about a year ago (approximately?) my family has been there about 5 times. The app has severe issues which makes it almost impossible to use. The new stalls are not used for ordering. So as a family of five we have NEVER benefitted from half price app ordered drinks or specials and management has said every time there is nothing they can do to honor those sale prices. All five times we pull in, park in a stall, figure out our order, press that beautiful red button and then…………. Wait up to ten minutes for someone to come on and say they are only doing drive through orders. It is so aggravating!!!! Every visit we spend $40-$60. We are absolutely trying to support this new Sonic in our community, especially as it replaced the one down the road a little that was destroyed by the tornados. The staff seem frustrated as well, but they are trying … Come on Sonic – support these folks!!!

Incredibly slow service and they were not even busy. I pulled up and there was one car in the drive-through and absolutely no one parked in the stalls. I waited 17 minutes and they still have not served the guy in front of me or brought out my food. Will not be back could not write the food because I left after 17 minutes of wasting gas in a drive-through line

Ordered our food said it was on its way 15 mins later it shows up after waiting. The parking lot was empty with cars so not sure what we were waiting for . A bunch of homeless were hanging around and a few came out of the bathroom where it looked like they had bathed and then proceeded to the back of the building to drink a beer they were passing around . Makes you feel unsafe being at this location. Food wasn’t even hot and fresh kinda tasted like it had been sitting out a while. Definitely won’t be returning to this location again .

Actually the worst sonic I’ve ever been to… and this is coming from someone who has worked at sonic and understands the struggle of working in food, as I currently work in a kitchen. The workers attitude are always nasty and disrespectful. The wait times are ridiculous, even when they are not busy. I ALWAYS have to ask for something from my order because they either messed it up or forgot something. If you’re not going to do your job adequately, WHY BE THERE? We pay money for the food you serve us, the least you could do is put some effort into what you’re about to serve. Do better because it’s quite annoying.

This employee is different Bet the dude felt real tough picking on someone who is different while his cowardly co workers did nothing. Cheeseburger was compressed in the wrapper, not like in any advertised pictures – Could have been better. Cheddar peppers never disappoint, though. My Cherry Coke also hit the jackpot with 10 delicious cherries rolling out of the “Sonic Ice” when I was finished.
