Great Noodle Restaurant! Easy to find and parking was plentiful. My party of 2 was greeted at the door and seated right away. The menu is easy to read and very descriptive. We had the scallion pancake, spicy won tons and H1 Dial oil hand drawn noodles! All three were fabulous. But the star for us was the Dial Oil Noodles and the fresh home made hot oil. It was ! The scissors to copy the noodles were a nice touch! Uncle Zhou himself even came over a couple times to make sure we were happy. Our experience could not have been better. We love this place and will be back to try more!

This place was such a great find! Love exploring Plano for new places and this one hit the spot! We ordered wide flat hand pulled beef noodle and wide flat hand pulled lamb noodles and spicy wontons as an appetizer. I don’t understand how it’s done, but it definitely has that handmade irregularity with a thinner side and thicker side. I was very impressed to find that I had one incredibly long noodle for the whole bowl. And it’s not like it was a small amount of noodle. I was too full to finish my single noodle as silly as it sounds.

Love the decor of their place, simple yet inviting. We came right after lunch time so there were lots of space. Our waitress was attentive and helpful with the menu. We ordered their famous Spiced Edemame, Cucumber Salad Henan Style, Dial Oil Hand-Drawn Wide Noodles, and Fish Filet. We enjoyed all the dishes so much! The noodles was number 1! The noodles were perfectly cooked and the sauce had a perfect combination of saltiness, spicy, and sour. Chef’s kiss!

Everything we tried here was delicious, but the highlight was definitely the signature hand pulled noodles. We got to watch the chef hand pull the noodles in the kitchen. The texture and taste were perfect. I also really liked the pork belly with preserved vegetables.

Dropped by Uncle Zhou’s again and this time dove into their Mapo Tofu—it’s like a roller coaster for your taste buds! Crazy spicy but seriously bursting with flavor, though I gotta admit, it’s not for everyone, especially if you’re not a heat seeker. The servers are cool though, they warned me about the spice level. If you’re into bold eats and don’t mind the heat, give it a shot—this spot’s still a winner in my book for keeping it real with authentic grub and a chill vibe.

Deliciously thick and chewy hand pulled noodles! Each of the noodle dishes we ordered had very different tastes. I ordered the vegetarian egg & tomato noodles, which was okay as it is ( and probably good for small children bc it’s quite plain) but suuuper amazing when I added the house-made spicy chili oil to it. The Dial Oil noodles were very fragrantly spiced, and also delicious. The beef hand-pulled noodle has some vermicelli on top which is hiding the thick hand-pulled noodles at the bottom of the bowl. Very satisfying portions!
