I would give this location a negative rating if Google made that possible. This store has the absolute worst customer service that I have ever experienced. One person charges different prices for items than everyone else. I got a bag of ice that had a hair in it and the young lady who was manager, told me she couldn’t do anything about it. I had to show videos, and let her know that I was positing them with my review before I was even given any information. She then said that she could give me another one half price!!! Excuse me, I bought an item from your store and you gave it to me with a hair in it but you won’t replace it???!!!! I have been in management in my adult life and whomeever they have managing this store has no idea about proper procedures nor do they train their employees based on customer satisfaction. Word of mouth is truly make or break for a business and I will be telling everyone I know to stay away from this location. When I asked if a manager would contact me, I was told no!!! This is truly a horrible location. I would drive the extra mileage to get downtown or go to Nicholasville before I would ever visit this location again.

The two people that were working on Saturday night of January 24th 2026 or on top of everything. Food was hot when served and tasted great and not a single one was rude about anything not like some other Sonics I’ve been to in the past they did an excellent job I just don’t normally give five stars unless it’s over the top exceptional. I don’t know it should have four and a half.

On my most recent visit to this location I was highly disappointed and unsatisfied. The attendant that took our order at the intercom was very rude and rushing us to the point where she gave a total and when we informed her that we weren’t done with our order she did not respond forcing us to drive to the window to complete our order. Using non customer service responses like aight and keep going when asking for our combo meal seemed a bit unprofessional.

I just went here and got a double smash burger and it was the best fast food burger I’ve ever had, and hella fresh. I appreciate the workers and they’re kindness when taking my order i also got an m&m blast and its soooo delicious along with a large cup of ice water and they put extra ice like I asked!!! very good sonic definitely recommend coming to this one!!!! Best location in lexington

Went through the drive through literally only go a chili cheese coney and tots guy at the window super not friendly; asked for mustard and ketchup he gave me 2 packs mustard no ketchup . While sitting at the window noticed there was another woman working in literally sweat pants and a hoodie. No fork for my coney either. Everytime I’ve gone here the workers have been rude and I literally avoid it until I’m just so sick of everything else around

Went through the drive through and the girl was not friendly at all. We ordered 2 chocolate shakes and 1 fry, the fries were ok but the 2 chocolate shakes were horrible. There was so much chocolate in it that it was sickening. Please teach them how to fix a milkshake. And if the girl at the speaker doesn’t like her job she needs to find another job!!!

My husband and I have eaten there and we also Doordash there. Every time theis certain manager is there she has not only been disrespectful but nasty. She even called me the B word. We have had to report her to Doordash on multiple occasions. When she isn’t there, we have no problems but at this point I won’t go back there.

Was really a fast drive thru, I saw the commercial for the fried cookie dough biteds ala mode…and of course grabbed a bag if ice…but look if you want a treat that will not make you feel like you over done it or totally ruined your diet go go go to Sonic…you get just 3 bites and you get them hot and a small cup of vanilla ice cream for $3…sooo good…check it out!!! And as always GO CATS!!!
