I would like to say the night shift staff are always kind and helpful. On 1/14/2024 we went at 11 pm to get two Bacon Quater Pounders with no onions and hot chocolate before heading back to Gadsden. We were going to check our bags, but we waited in line, for over 20 minutes and we were so tired. Not sure if they were short-staffed. When we did place our order and got home, I looked at the food and saw there was no bacon on both burgers I called the McDonalds and talked to a woman who asked when we were coming back to town, and I told her Tuesday. She said they could make the meal or give us a refund. We just wanted a refund for the bacon part since bacon costs a few dollars extra. We went to McDonald’s today and were told they could only remake the burgers and no refund for anything. We were very upset about this and will not be coming back there. We called the corporate office already, they said they would reach out to the owner. We also are going to get ahold of the BBB since this is not the first time, I had issues with the management there. Years ago, my family and I witnessed the manager fussing at an employee right in front of many customers. It ticked us off to where we left without finishing our meals. Not sure if it is new management now or not, but the manager now is just as bad if they won’t fix all these mistakes and try to stop the bad reviews.

The food is ok, not always the freshest. The lobby service is not very good. But I believe all Mcd’s are doing it now… no one ever working the counter. Its difficult to get your cups for drinks, sauces, or any other help at the front counter. Makes the dining in experience not very pleasant. I haven’t had a friendly face or interaction through the drive thru in years. It moves like their moving cattle. Give me your order, give me your money, now park until I feel like bringing it to you!

The WORST McDonald’s in North America! They claim to be 24hrs yet always have an issue. Rude and Nasty! Screw up almost every order. If I could give negative stars it would be -50. Stay away from this location if at all possible-go to the next town if possible!

This is absolutely THE worst McDonald’s in existence. I’ve tried several times to place a chance because of convenience sake. This is the ONLY McDonald’s that makes you wait for 10+ minutes. I did NOT order anything special or out of the way. I was the ONLY vehicle in the entire drive-thru. They NEVER get the order right. Pathetic and unprofessional. What is the point in asking me what sauce i want for my chicken nuggets if you’re not going to give it to me anyway? When I ask for ketchup packets, you would think I was asking them for money out of their own pocket. They’re rude and do not care. Whatever the owner is paying their employees, I can assure you it’s not worth it.

Can’t ever get food here. I get off at 12:00 a.m. and on April 17th at 12:00 a.m. I waited in line for 10 minutes the car at the speaker doesn’t get their order taken. So I gave up the person with the headset on is in the parking lot talking to people. If they’re short-handed it’s Management’s fault if not it’s the crews fault. Either way it’s McDonald’s fault one star.

The women’s bathroom always smells HORRENDOUS!!! some of the employees have great customer service the food is good depending on the crew and the drink machine could use a good breakdown and deep cleaning

I order two cheeseburgers with no onions. Ended up with no cheese and one pickle on both of my cheese burgers. It’s ain’t hard to make a simple cheeseburger. My fries were cold then the North Pole. I’ll stick with Grenvrier McDonald for now on

I picked up a DoorDash order from this restaurant and had a really disappointing experience. One of the staff members was rude right from the start, which set a negative tone. Even worse, I noticed the same person had cigarettes in the kitchen area, which is extremely unsanitary and concerning. Based on the service and cleanliness I witnessed, I wouldn’t feel comfortable dining here.
