I ordered an ice cream dish and they filled half the cup. My fiance passed it to me after the waiter had already left so I didn’t have a chance to protest and I didn’t want to argue with anyone who thought that was acceptable anyway. I feel like I was stolen from and won’t be back. It’s unacceptable to only give half an order but charge full price.

Went there around 6.30 pm. Ordered #1 medium. Waited for 20 minutes – food never came out so I left. It was supposed to be “fast food”, not “wait half an hour” food. The place wasn’t even that busy when I was there – maybe 5 or 6 cars. I will never go there again.

Low haircut manager (Vanhelda McMan is what was given) on duty attitude is just as bad as the employee that I buzzed in to complain about… she stated that she’s short staffed as well as all the other companies around here. I’m at SONIC, I don’t care about what others have going on I’m complaining about y’all!! She felt like it was rude for me to honk my horn at her employee who was just standing in the doorway w/the food I was waiting 15mins for.. mind you, when initially placing the order I was placed on hold (mic still on) as she complained about going home and just leaving work.. want someone to be nice to them but can’t even be professional.. Gluckstadt Sonic short staffed too and still get orders out in a timely manner so, I don’t wanna hear it !! Burger patty was old so I requested for it to be remade she refused because she said it was grilled. Did issue refund though.

Let me be known I’m only giving 2 stars bc the female server was so nice but this will be first and last time at this location. My order was made wrong twice. I just went home and doctored it up. Whoever was managing or cooking that day, he should’ve just stayed home.

I ordered a breakfast toaster combo. The bacon was not done and the tator tots were cooked in old grease. This is unacceptable. How do you sell customers stuff like this? You should be put out of business in my opinion. Never again

This was literally the worst experience in the world. I blame myself of expecting to get OK service from Sonic. The car hop literally came out talking on the phone. He was having a full conversation on his AirPods. Not to mention the fries were cold and they forgot my bacon. Ohh nooooo SONIC don’t make the burger over instead bring me BACON IN A BAG. This sonic is a joke! I will never go back. Then the excuse for a team lead of manager who looks like he’s 17 had the audacity to get mad when I gave him all the food back COMPLETELY uneaten and asked for a refund. A JOKE! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.. UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE UNDER MY REVIEW, LEAVING A REVIEW! Enjoy folks 🙂

I just got off work & I wanted something good & filling so I stopped by Sonics & grabbed the Super Sonic bacon double cheeseburger & a large totts. This meal took my fuel tank from being on E to a full tank. Then it was hot and fresh & didn’t take long at all for them to bring it out.
