The young lady who takes your order was rude and pushy. The server mentioned the attitude of the order person in relation to it being lunch hour.
Whatever the case, there needs to be someone else taking orders if she is going to be unpleasant.

Mr Sammy is the best. Such a nice attitude and friendly face. And always serving with a smile. I know when he’s there my food will be correct and his demeanor just spreads positivity. You can tell the difference in service when he’s there..

I usually don’t even do complaints on Google reviews. I always come to this Sonic’s I never had an issue. Until tonight JUST RUDE FOR NO REASON AT ALL. From the speaker on the headset to the DRIVE THRU. If you young people don’t want to work or don’t have good customer service find an AT HOME JOB. All I wanted was my food get to the window she didn’t accept Apple Pay I said ok don’t worry about it. She close the window and YELL LOUD that I had an attitude. How when I only said I don’t want it. I’m a manager myself so I know how this goes. That was very rude. Even when I said on the speaker can I have that fresh she said is that all. Like she didn’t hear me say I wanted it fresh. I asked did you hear me I want it fresh. Once again she yells at me I HEARD YOU like well give me clarity. However I will be going to the head because this is ridiculous something needs to be done.

Waited 20 minutes for a pretzel stick and a small sonic blast and I didn’t even get them. I talked to the lady and asked if they forgot about my order and she yelled at me and said it’ll be out in a second and I waited another 10 minutes

Sonic is a old school drive in with new school flair. Prices are acceptable. Customer service is good generally though they can sometimes be slow. They usually have some monthly specialty treats also. They have also had a remodel recently.

I ordered a bacon toaster and asked that everything be cooked well done and the waiter acted as if she had never heard of such a thing….the cheese was not melted, the bread was not toasted and the sandwich was not hot. The mozarella cheese sticks tasted funny too.
