Windmill Farm: Our Dream Homestead
I’m giving only two stars cause they can never get my slush order right. Order 51896 7 aug 2023. This is the fifth time in a row that they can’t get my order right on the slush. Cherry limeade add nerds, add lemon, extra lime and no cherries. They didn’t put nerds in again didn’t put lime wedges in and did however put 4 cherries when I asked not to. Once again it’s not a hard order but it is never right. Wished there was another sonic in town. Zoe offered to make it right however I’m always concerned how my food wil be when it come back out. Be warned !

Literally everytime we come here and pay with cash they never bring change back and just assume that’s their tip. Like of course we tip but when i give u a $20 for two drinks and a corn dog I’m not leaving you $15 lol. I would leave one but now i don’t want to cause you just assumed. This happens EVERYTIME. Sonic in Pontotoc is now as bad as McDonald’s. Several things…I ordered a bacon supersonic burrito, got home it was a regular bacon burrito..of course they charged me for the supersonic, and 9 out of 10 times we order a coke with vanilla you can’t taste the vanilla- how difficult is this….and seems like half the order screens don’t work so they have to carry your card inside, that’s how you’re a account gets hijacked.

It was really great as always, though, they do forget to give the cream cheese that goes with the cinnasnacks, I got them to bring out one to me after I got my food and figured out I was missing it. Wasn’t the first time and probably won’t be the last. I get it, servicing so many people at once can be difficult…

Went on lunch break here and placed my order..the girl who took my order was super sweet and then they brought my order to me and my receipt..very sweet. I got all the way back to work with food and apparently they gave me someone else while order .I got nothing that I had ordered except my drink. All I’m saying is..CHECK Y’ALL’S TICKETS AND BAGS BEFORE TAKING THEM TO CUSTOMERS LADIES AND GUYS. other than that..great service.
