I pulled in at 9:45 and waited. The screen popped up like they were about to take my order about 5 mins of me pressing the button. I continued to wait and no one said anything. A woman had walked out looked at us, then rushed back in which made me think she’d take our order. But I check the time and it’s 10:01 and all the lights went out. 1 they could have taken my order, there was time. 2 the woman who ran out could have came to my car ( which was right by the door) and told me they were closing. This is very unprofessional.

Horrible experience! We arrived & ordered our 3 shakes before 2 other people who pulled up after us. They got their things before us. By the time we got ours they all were watered down and disgusting!! mad is not even the word. We live in Alabama we don’t come often. I would not recommend

I’m a local resident. I’m came to sonic as always my wife likes their #2 plain just cheese and the meat lol . But as I was there I realized that the place needs to be re striped and pressure washed I own a pressure washing and I also re do parking lot lines. The ADA regulations are that all parking lot lines should be visible and maintained and I can fix that whole in your parking lot cause it could break something on the customers cars so if you want to fix it up and look nice just reply back to this. LETS MAKE SONIC GREAT AGAIN!!!!

Took 45 minutes to get part of my order, wasn’t told until then that the store was out of onion rings. I am currently waiting on jalapeño poppers to substitute, but it’s been several minutes I’ve been waiting for that.

NASTY AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. We had to order 3 different times just to get a small bite. And as for fast food, I think they had to go to another store to get it. And it wasn’t even busy. And the rest room for the women’s was running over with garbage. And commode stopped up. Won’t be eating here again.

Burgers like eating cardboard and absolutely no taste. Groovy fries just miniature regular fries. They need to fix the road around it. Want be buying there again.
