The staff have mismade my order the last several times l have been here. To the point that sandwiches were completely wrong sizes and ingredients. As l live 25 mins away, l have fed this food to my dogs as l could not have them-plus l lost money on them. I am cautious now. Also twice l have been skipped when they take mu order and waiting is excessive. Once they never took my order at all. I used to work at fast food as a youth and my daughter was ast. Manager here for several years. This store had gone down hill in the last two to three months. Sorry.

Not sure what’s going on with this location. I pressed the button and waited until it timed out. No one took my order. I pressed the button again and waited until it timed out, with no one taking my order. No one ever came out to ask if I’d been served. If a stall is defective, it needs to be marked as defective. If someone is parked at a defective stall someone should let them know. So after about 30 minutes I had no service and no food. Customer service is clearly not valued here.

Horrible!! 10 “workers” inside and only 2 are actually working. The girl doing the headset, answered and then stopped to finish her conversation with a boy. We ordered on kk rings, we didn’t get them so we buzzed, they were out so we asked if we could get something else. We waited forever and then buzzed again. The guy the brought them out was nice. I ordered a banana milkshake and it was just a slice of banana and ice cream. Then didn’t even blend it. Just a bunch of kids, getting a check for doing nothing! Feel sorry for the two employees actually working. You could tell they were getting fed up with the others. Won’t be going back

Ordered my food, car hop delivered and left without taking payment. I had to call her back to get payment. Gave her a $20 bill and .69 in change. My meal was $10.69, she should have come back with $9. Instead, she came back to ask for another form of payment because they “didn’t have change for a $20.” And she kept my .69. I paid with card the second time.

Zero stars. Paid for two drinks with cash and was asked if we wanted $2 change. We said yes and our carhop brought back our change and said “here’s $1.50”. Will not return. Normally we tip and we would have, but our carhop took the liberty of doing it himself thinking we wouldn’t know it.
