I had been here before the pandemic and it was pretty good. My most recent trip was a very different experience. The food wasn’t too bad but the service definitely degraded. Had to ask for things repeatedly, rarely got water refills, and this was when it wasn’t even that busy. The worst thing though is the half off menu. They jacked the prices up to about $25 per roll and said they are half off. The premium rolls are only a couple dollars more per roll! It’s a very blatant marketing gimmick but at least now I know. I get the pandemic has made things more difficult but the half off menu really peeved me. It has a nice interior and atmosphere though.

Great food! The service walking in was great but our actual servers weren’t. It was a young girl and guy. They checked in on us to walk away laughing and then standing in the corner laughing and making jokes. It seemed they were more interested in their conversation and jokes than to actually do their job. It made us super uncomfortable and we quickly left after noticing them staring at us laughing. If they are there next time we will not be eating there, but everyone else was amazing! Customer service is something most of these reviews comment on, so just keep that in mind.

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for over 10 years, dining in or ordering takeout 5–10 times a month with my family and friends. Unfortunately, one incident completely changed my experience.
I ordered two lunch sets, but when I checked my car, I only saw one and called the restaurant. I was told it was impossible and that both sets were given to me. I checked my car again and later found the second lunch set had slid under my car seat. I immediately called back to apologize.
Instead of accepting the apology, the staff member was extremely rude, told me “never call again,” and hung up on me. When I called back for clarification, she denied saying it. A few days later, when I tried to place another order, I discovered that my phone number had been blocked.
For a loyal customer of 10 years, this treatment was shocking and unacceptable. Mistakes can happen, but the way customers are treated afterward says everything about a business. Sadly, I will never return and would caution others—if a simple misunderstanding happens, you may be treated the same way.”

Food good, lady working the front is awful. So so rude and disrespectful to loyal customers. Will not be returning. She gave me attitude thinking I want tipping, I gave a $20 cash tip at my table!! Never again.

The music is the best part! 70’s funk and 80’s hits! Place is getting old, broken and chipped plates are still in use.
Good flavor, but I think they use too much krab meat and rely on sauces more than fish flavor. Great teas and beer, nevertheless Need to up the desserts. No tempura ice cream!

Owner acts friendly but isn’t it all. They dont respect their business hours if people come in at 7:40 or 8:20 they tell them is closed really what kind of service or customer service is it. Only the staff is nice and food it was good until October everything change.
