Been a while since I’ve eaten here but I’m not sure why! The service from our waitress was amazing for a party of 8. Private dining room felt really nice and allowed the party to interact without distractions. Food was hot and fresh. I will return and would recommend

This would be a 1-Star review if it wasn’t for our waitress (Michelle). We were seated quickly but then, no one approached our table for a very long time. Long enough for Michelle to recognize that we weren’t being helped at all, so she’ll jumped in to take care of us. No one greeted us as a waiter/waitress, no water, no bread sticks or appetizers. We were about to leave but, the way Michelle took a hold of the situation and took care of us made us stay. She looked as if she wasn’t getting any help herself. She was forced to rush because the waiters/waitresses all seemed to disappear once we got there. Even the family next to us was ignored. One of them went to Costco, came back and still waited 10 minutes before ordering. I haven’t been to Olive Garden in over 10 years because of past experiences. My mother (celebrating her 60th birthday) wanted to go to Olive Garden and that’s the only reason why we came. I guess I have another reason why I will not be returning. Michelle needs to be in management because she understands how to take care of a customer.

Got all of my favorites, so me happy! There was some confusion over who our server was, but we ended up with a very nice young woman. Sad to say I misplaced her name, im my head, but the service was as good as the food! Will return to this location! Update: sat at the bar this time. Great Bartender Kelly served great drinks and was attentive and courteous. Tip this lady, if you get her. She works hard!

Not too long of a wait (40 min) but theyve really gotten stingy with the sauces even after requesting extra twice. Server was fantastic!

Went here on a Tuesday night, got seated at 8:15 and told someone will be right there. 8:35 rolls around and no one had even come over to check up or ask for our drink order. We got up and left and on the way out the manager stopped us asked what happened and apologized. The only plus side was the manager was really friendly. We’ve gone here probably 5/6 times in the last 3 months and honestly after this won’t go back.

This is a pretty standard olive garden. Everything is on par with every other restaurant in this chain. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is nice a clean. Love their chicken gnocchi soup. Will return. Great for friends and family.

Walked in to Olive Garden, was seated at 7:15 and told our waiter would be right with us. At 7:40, no one had come to apologize for the wait or offer us so much as water and we walked out. On our way out, 3 waiters were leaning against the wall talking and I had to walk around them. The booths on either side of us were being waited on. We had closed our menus and had put them to the edge of the table. We also had put the light on for service. Why didn’t we speak up you ask. Why should we have to beg someone to wait on us???

on 8-28-2023, I took my mom to Olive garden at 3:30pm and walked up to go inside at 3:40 pm . The doors were locked! There were clearly workers cars parked along the back and side of building. And no the power was not out. I checked before leaving online to make sure they were open. It was a beautiful day and no clear indication as to why they would be closed. Im not surprised to say the least due to my last few attempts to eat at this location. And yes they were just that attempts , on a weekend months ago I went to this location with my fiance we got there at around 7:45 on a saturday I opened the door to be yelled at by the host or whoever that they were closed! i looked at my phone and was like it says your open till 10pm. Then they yelled we dont have enough waitresses . That happens sometimes and management is supposded to find a way to make it happen. hire more people . fill in on the floor , help out , Ive worked at Antionios resturante in livonia for years and if ppl call off they dont just shut down they make sacrifices for there guests to have a good experience there honest to the guests and most the time the guests will understand why they are so behind if there short staffed. But here idk whats going on, I went to Bob eveans across the street and asked why olive garden is never open any more and if they are, why cant you seem to be served instead they completely ignore you and hope you just leave. I have also seen the same exact problems at the livonia Chilies . They are rude you wont be waited on they will let you stand there at the hostess station for a hour with no words exchanged if you say hello! they act like they are so busy they cant hear you. Its not about short staffed because I have friends/family who have applied at these locations to be turned away or just no response at all. Its a issue with these places lately and to be honest I think they are only servering a certain demografic and its so obvious and weird.
