I visited this location yesterday and placed a large order. I tried doing it through the app because I have rewards points and wanted to take advantage of the discount but the app wouldn’t let me add more than a few items to my cart before it would give me an error message; so I get to this location, have my order taken, I inquired about still being able to use the discount (if not, use my rewards points) and it may have been miscommunication but my understanding was they would honor the discount. I get to the window, the staff were friendly and nice. I pay, and I see I was charged $108.16. I inquired and they seemed confused so I just decided to leave it alone. But then I do a brief calculation and the order totaled in my mind should’ve come out to be around $85 without the discounts.
I go on the website and place my whole order and sure enough, without using rewards points or the discount, my order was $90.97. So I’m trying to understand why I was charged an additional $17.19. I didn’t get the conventional receipt where you can upload it to the app either. My order should’ve been $45.48 with the discount.
The hot food was fresh and warm but the blizzards I ordered barely had the toppings. The toppings are literally toppings lol. They’re at the TOP. The rest of the cup is just filled with vanilla ice cream.
I’ve tried calling to inquire about my transaction and experience but the phone number is not the normal number you call to speak to anyone. I reached out via the website and filled out a request form.

Food : fresh every time I go. Taste great and always love getting dessert.
Service : all the workers are friendly and knowledgeable about the menu.
Atmosphere: it was nice but the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because every time I go the dining area isn’t clean.
Overall it’s a great Dairy Queen to go to. You might have to wipe down your own table to sit down but it’s still a great place to go.

I’ve been getting cookie dough blizzards at this location for years, they normally make them pretty good, but recently they started telling All there dog owning customers that corporate won’t allow them to give out pup cups anymore. I found this odd as Dairy Queen’s are franchises, so I called Dairy Queen corporate to check, They told me that there is no corporate policy against giving out pup cups and it is up to each store. So basically the Kirkland Dairy Queen decided they didn’t want to give out free pup cups anymore and instead of just being honest about it with people they are lying to people telling them it’s corporate that’s not letting them give out pup cups anymore. If you want to charge for pup cups Great, not necessarily the end of the world, but if you’re gonna lie to all of your faithful customers we are going to stop using your store.

Late night dessert run after dinner!
We ordered four blizzards, we were so excited it had been a really long time since we’ve all had one!
1. Cookie dough extra cookies
2. Brownie
3. Peach
4. Snickers
Unfortunately they were so watery it wasn’t even hot out!
Employee didn’t do the flip, it deff wouldn’t have made it through the flip!
Wasn’t the happiest of campers that day!

Inviting, friendly, delicious, and inexpensive! The staff was kind and helpful, prompt service, clean restaurant, and delectable meal. For $7 I got a delicious single burger, a generous portion of fries (they made extra crispy for me), a large soda pop, and a small sundae! How can you beat that! They are an underrated restaurant and put their fast food neighbor to shame. Go there for great food!

Basic customer service is not being met, and it seems like some of the workers don’t really care about doing their jobs properly. I’m upset because I can’t drink the milkshake I was so exited for and, at the same time, received bad attitude from the employees at this place.

There was this guy with a mask and he was absolutely disgusting. I walked into the restaraunt and he’s already picking his nose and serving customers. I then proceed not to think too much of it and order a blizzard. He started to make my blizzard and then puts his hand inside his butt like he is digging for something and I KID YOU NOT he smells his hand in front of me while making eye comtact. I was absolutely disgusted by this act and immediately left the store not even asking for a refund. I dont know this man but he wears a black mask and has an arm sleeve tattoo. This man has 0 hygiene please avoid getting served by this person at all costs!!
