I ordered a crispy chicken Baja and got 5 cut up little pieces of chicken hardly no sauce and the lettuce was nasty the tomatoes was a whole tomato not diced as they show. I ordered a Jr double no pickles because I’m highly allergic to them and what did I get a burger with pickles. The manager is rude and disrespectful. I told her that corporate said it was suppose to be a tender and not cut up. Then she slammed the phone in my face. But I’m sure the disrespectful girl will turn it on the customer as they always do. This food was not fit for a pig to eat. It was over salted and not fixed correctly. People need to learn to read orders and they wouldn’t have these problems.

I went there the other day. The music was so loud I could barely hear the girl on the speaker. So I know she could barely hear me too. I ordered my food and I didn’t notice at the time she had typed it in wrong and at that point I already paid so I pushed the button and told her what was wrong so she changed it and tried to charge me more. So I asked to speak to the manager he came out there. I told him what was going on and that the music was too loud so I’m not surprised she got the order wrong. And I told him I shouldn’t have to pay extra for something when I ordered it right and she put it in wrong so I told him I would like my money back and proof that they put it back on my card and I told him I would just go somewhere else. maybe if the music wasn’t blaring, she may be able to hear my order correctly or she may have not been paying attention either way it’s not my fault I corrected her when I noticed it was wrong. Maybe turn down the music so people can hear each other.

They are always willing to make my son’s burger like the #7 burger . He wont eat it any other way. Always smiling when coming up to the car ! Would recommend this place to eat if you re in a hurry. They are pretty quick about getting your food out !

This particular sonics has the absolute best breakfast burritos are there any Sonic I have ever been to. It’s not a sad malnourished pathetic looking little burrito. This is a burrito that is full and girthy. Every time I work up that way I swing in for one of their massive burritos.
