Love the service, love the people but the one sandwich I have been ordering there for at least a year (I get it every time) is NEVER made correctly. It’s the bacon cheeseburger TOASTER. For one it is NEVER toasted it’s pretty obvious that they just steam it every time. The first couple of times I got it, it was toasted and it was amazing. That added little bit of crunch really does make a difference, especially compared to soggy steamed bread. For two I always get no onions and for whatever reason they think it’s a bright idea to still put the onion rings on it. If I don’t like onions what makes them think I would like onion rings?! I’ve had them remake it but they still mess it up every time and would like the cooking staffed to be addressed properly so this problem can be fixed permanently. As for the onion rings I usually do just take them off but it’s really just aggravating that they can’t get it right.

I placed my order they repeated it to me and it was correct. They delivered the food and repeated the order and it was correct. When I got home more than half my order was missing. I tried to call but nobody answered the phone. My fault for not checking the order before I left. Didn’t go back because I didn’t think they would believe me.

Gross. Old chewy chicken, blanched soggy fries. Didn’t give extra sauces that was requested. Hadn’t been here in 10 years for same reason. Won’t go back ever now

Dirty, trashy, weedy picnic table on outside. I always go to Sonic and sit outside with my dogs. This one has a table on the outside parking area. Just plain nasty. In addition, I asked to have my cup filled with water for my dogs. Server said no and she’ll get me a new one. Fine. Then when she came out with it, it was .66! Why? Next time I’ll bring my own dog water!

First time here was on New Year’s Day. Place was super busy, so I didn’t expect the service to be that fast. Was I wrong! We ordered and just a few minutes later, our food was being delivered. Our order was hot, tasty, and exactly as we ordered.

There was a storm coming, and we were on the motorcycle hauling a trailer. We pulled under the awning and then sat where the tables were. We ordered tator tots and a banana shake. The awning was leaking over top a few of the tables, but was greatful to be out of the rain. I thought someone would come to tell us that we couldn’t park there but nobody said anything to us and that made me very happy.

This restaurant has the slowest service I have ever had. It took over a half hour to bring drinks. Our food took another hour, and getting the waiters’ attention was completely impossible. So disappointed in the food, skimmed down to such a small portion.
