I rarely go to sonic but when I do I expect to be given my food as it was intended to be made and delivered. 6/9/2023 at approximately 9:41pm I ordered two grilled cheese burger combos. When I got home I noticed that my burger was a little thin so I opened it up and there were only single patties in both. I went back to this establishment and told them the mistake so the young lady came out to my stall and took my receipt and the food. She then brought back the food supposedly fixed. Before I drove off I checked one burger and saw there were two patties so I assumed the other one was also fixed, was I wrong. When I got home at almost 10:30pm now my husbands burger was corrected but mine still had the one patty, frustrated enough I decided to just eat the food. While eating I than found a small hair. Im disgusted and would never go to this location again.

This is my favorite Sonic! I love that you can order in the app and come pick it up. The service is always great, the servers are always very nice,and our order is always correct.( I’d like to add that I’m missing the churro shakes terribly though but hopefully they’ll be back again )

I’ve gone to this Sonic consistently since around 2009 and honestly, their service is never lacking. I can’t even remember a time when our item was incorrect or we were missing something and it usually comes out pretty quickly. For those unfamiliar with Sonic, it is essentially food you’d find at a local fair. So if that’s what you’re craving, this is it!

The last three times I’ve been to this location, there was an issue. Ordered small mozzarella stick which should have 4 sticks. When I got it, it had three. Ordered a drink with my meal, didn’t get the drink. Ordered a cookie dough blast with extra cookie dough and some how they added chocolate to it and I never said. I will not be returning.

I decided to stop after passing the restaurant…yes it’s half price burger night. I turned around ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a small drink. The price was $6.12. I felt great cause a single burger by its self cost $4.50 or more in change. My order came out fast and yes it was dreaming hot and delicious. I manage to take a pic I got down to the last bite. This morning I got the bacon egg and cheese toaster and I just had to give a review on it. That was the best bacon and cheese I’ve had. The eggs were scrambled and cooked to perfection and the bacon was crispy. Sonic really has the best bacon ever! Thank you to the cooks this morning for making the best sandwich!

The first stall we pulled in had a hand written Cash Only sign. We waited about 10 mins before I noticed other people pulling in and receiving orders right away, I pulled into another stall one over. I was able to order right away. I ordered a small shake with the chocolate m&ms. I actually read the sign as it’s written on the marquee. The hostess brought a chocolate shake with m&ms and I explained I didn’t order chocolate. She, then, took my cash and began to walk away. I asked her for my change, she asked, oh you want your change now. I looked at her strangely and said yes please. My order was $4.05, I gave her a $20 dollar bill and a nickel. She handed me $15 and begin to walk away, I said excuse me, I am short. She said, oh yeah I owe you .95 cent. I said no. She said I gave you $15. I said, I understand but I gave you $20.05. She said, yes and I owe you .95 cent. I again said, no, my order was $20.05 and I gave you $4.05. She was still confused and just handed me $1.00 and looked at me questionly, I said thank you. After a few more minutes a young man brought the correct order and the receipt. I looked down and noticed I was charged extra for the chocolate I didn’t order. I explained I was charged extra, he stated you didn’t receive your shake. I said yes, it was wrong and corrected however I was overcharged. He then left and a young woman returned with much attitude and provided the change. At this point, I do not believe attention to detail and good customer service is a hard ask. Will not return to this location!!

Bacon cheeseburger toaster.. immediately noticed that the burger had very little heat, onion ring used was so bad I had to remove it asked for large tots with the combo and clearly recieved medium tots thrown into large fry box halfway full. And now my stomach starting to hurt as I type this. I used to work at Sonic and was one of the best so I know how good the food can be. It’s sad to know and to see so many people fail at the bare minimum. So many people incapable of performing such a easy job filled with easy tasks and thinking they deserve more.

The carhop I can say was nice and did have good service, but the food I got was cold. The blast I got didn’t even have everything I asked for and was mixed just enough on top to look good but 75% of it was straight ice cream. I Called back to get it all remade and the burger was once again still cold but the blast was perfect. I’ve worked at a sonic for years before in my past and I can say obviously the reason why my burger was cold was because the pattys had been sitting in the warmer too long to call fresh. The car hops are great but the kitchen needs a little more training or something.
