I had a fairly basic order. It took 15 minutes to come out and the screen said it was out for delivery about 10 minutes before it actually came out. The carhop was nice and apologized about the wait. Food was average.

First off let me speak on the quality of the food. TERRIBLE. They brought me out this OLD HARD, BURNT meat on my burger. Meat look like it has been sitting out for days. Fries cooked so hard tasted like chips. Drink was so nasty,drink was all on top of the lid running all down the cup. The presentation was terrible no effort . I will not be returning. Employees was not helpful to resolve the issue .

UPDATE: I HAVE ALREADY FILED A COMPLIANT WITH MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE AND THE QUALITY OF FOOD GIVEN TO ME. NO ONE GAVE ME A CALL BACK OR TRIED TO COMPENSAT E ME FOR THIS ISSUE, NOT APOLOGENTIC AT ALL.

Charles, charles, charles… we are very dissatisfied with this establishment and especially you. Leaving out food, add ins to drinks, all sauces, and making us wait for more than 30 minutes after an online order placed well before even getting there. It would be a better use of your money if you were you flush it down the toilet.

Broken burger looked like they dropped it on the floor or tore it up on purpose. You know some people feed this food to their kids. Shame on you folks. RUDE woman taking the order. When I asked her how many ounces a small was she just kept saying small as if I were the dumb one. She could have just said I don’t know instead of being smart about it. Learn how to talk to people. Nasty burger felt like retaliation and now afraid to eat any of the food.

i ordered a dirty dr pepper and they gave me a regular dr pepper. of course i asked the lady to remake my drink. although they made it correctly they added way too much cream so it tasted wrong. they also did not give me a receipt.

So the wife and I go to Sonic, and they only thing I do get is either the garlic butter cheese burger or the smash burger, which are amazing…
Garlic butter is amazing especially when someone inside is making them with extra and the smash burgers are my favorite… the dirty Dr pepper is the only drink I get anymore… kids get their meals wacky pack and they love sonic. Also the new fries aren’t the best but the groovy sauce is amazing.

If you absolutely have any respect for yourself and value your time and money don’t bother visiting this location, from the time I ordered to the time I left was over 30 mins. After I waited for my food (3 combos) for over 20 mins and had seen 3 sets of cars come and go from the stalls around me I finally hit the red button again to ask what was going on. My food was then instantly brought out to me ice cold definitely forgotten god knows where. Then I was informed that my “payment wasn’t taken” in which the worker took my card and preceded to have it in the store for 10 mins. When the order was placed I was told the order was 31$ but checked the charge on my card which was 38$. They probably should just give up on this location and send all the workers packing to McDonald’s where they belong with their service standards.

Pressed the button waited 20min for no one to ever come thru the Intercom, so I placed an order on the app and still waited 20min for drinks! The drinks were flat, the lemonade tasted old with a moldy taste. I’ve never been to a sonic that customer service was poor along with the food and drinks
