Chop’t is my favorite place to get a delicious and fresh salad with options galore! I’ve been coming here for over a decade and they just keep getting better! At this particular location, my colleague and I were assisted by a young man named Nick (I hope I spelled his name correctly). It was my colleague’s first time there, and he was very patient and helpful while we decided on our order. He was just great!

One of the best experiences my wife and I have had in Greensboro eating out. My wife has celiac so it is always tricky finding a spot we can truly trust, especially a place like Chopt. We walked in, were looking at the menu but really didn’t see that it was marked for gluten free items. When we asked a worker, Tyler, he smiled and stated that he would be more than willing to get items from the fresh containers in the “back” to ensure that no cross contamination could and he was also very knowledgeable on gluten. Turned out his mother also is a celiac! We were in the right place for sure. He was incredible and made the experience a total success.

When I walk in the vibe is set and i’m very pleased. I’ve only been a few times but the times I have been I’ve been met with really good customer service. JaQuaze was someone who stuck out to me during one of my visits. I was greeted with kindness & He was able to answer small questions I had and overall made the experience. I like to recognize establishments and employees who bring good vibes because it’s hard to find good customer service these days. I would recommend to anyone who might want to try it out!

I always enjoy my experience every time I come here for a salad. From the amazing quality of the food to the great quick service from their employees and also the warm welcoming atmosphere every time I come through the door. Jaquaze made sure to make my experience at Chopt great from the wonderful customer service. Before I could blink he had my meal ready and it was every bit of delicious! 10/10 would recommend to anyone that loves a good healthy meal.
