Food was delicious, came out quick, server was super friendly! Only complaint is we were traveling from out of state, and there are NO public bathrooms. Even though I could clearly see the bathroom. We were told it was for employees only. You mean to tell me we spend almost $50 in food and sit there and eat it and we can’t even go pee? You shouldn’t serve food if you can’t provide a bathroom and it clearly was for the public at one time since its located on the outside and every other sonic I know gives you the key upon request for use.

Take a close look at this poorly made $9 dollar sandwhich. Absolutely pathetic and I can’t believe a half slice of bacon, a few onions and a teaspoon of sauce. This is the kind of reason which motivates people to say they won’t make the same mistake twice. I should not have gave in to my 8 year old whose food was equally disappointing. I hope things get better

Order a blood orange slushy got a cup of ice and the just dumped a redbull in it and my wife order a lemon berry slush and got just a cup of strawberry paid 12 dollars for this very disappointing!!!

Every time I order from here, it takes forever. Pick up is slower than usual but, delivery is even worse. Had 3 different drivers cancel on me because the restaurant took too long. As of now, both businesses (sonic and Uber eats) will be losing business

If you are a DoorDasher avoid this place at all costs they do not care about your delivery my boyfriend was doing a delivery and I was in the car with him and they refused to help him and made him wait in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes without any help other than telling him we would have to wait. DoorDash cancelled the order and also marked the sonic as unhelpful limiting the orders they would get from DoorDash

Upper management forces employees to use products that have spoiled. I have gotten GRAY LEMONS in my tea several times. I have reported the situation several times and nobody from sonic will return my call. It’s almost like they dont care….hmm.
I have filled out at least 2 surveys about this issue. I have asked for phone calls from Sonic and no call. Today 12/3 it happened again. Obviously, nothing has been said to the employees.
