We did not receive 2 hot dogs we ordered. The rest of the food was cold by the time the 2 hot dogs came out. We are a family and we eat as a family, not some of us eat while others can’t. But our carhop was amazing….

Went through the drive thru here on a Saturday afternoon to get some drinks. There was only one other car in line. Drinks came out super quickly, were priced right, and the diet coke ratio was perfect. Great little sonic location

3 stars only because I ordered the new drink and they didn’t inform me they were out of the straw for it. I clicked the button again after I paid and got my stuff and that’s when I was informed they didn’t have them, which was the main reason I went. Other than that, food was really good and fresh. The drink itself is delicious and was really well made!

Ordered 2 of the all American bacon smash burgers…one with No cheese. Got two burgers with cheese and NO bacon. Had them remake the food…got two burgers with the bacon but both with cheese again!!!! How hard is it to read a screen and make what is on the screen!!!! And the girl on the speaker had the audacity to get an attitude when they made the food wrong. I don’t think I’ll be back for a while.

They have taken up several kiosks and dedicated them for mobile pick up. The interactive kiosks were having problems and wouldn’t take our cards. Frankly if a company can afford to give discounts to app people they can afford to give them to everyone. This goes for McDonald’s and evey fast food company trying to drive us to mobile so they can push adds in front of our eyes.

So I’ll be as brief and honest as possible, I go to Sonic for their handcrafted shakes, Period!! That’s not to say their other menu items aren’t good, I couldn’t say. I’ll order more next time just for you folks. But the shakes are fantastic!!

Our service was not fabulous today but everyone has off days. So not really that big of a deal. The food was really good. The garlic butter hamburger was a big hit with my children. I went for a lemonberry slush but apparently even though it’s on the menu they no longer serve that. That makes me very sad. I would go all the way to Sonic just for that but it’s okay. The lemonade slush was good too. I miss the roller skate at places like this!

Placed an online/mobile order for 2 slushes and an ice cream. After waiting 35 minutes we finally received the order to our car. Neither slushes we’re mixed up or tasted remotely close to the flavor ordered. Poor service and poor quality not so fast food.

Love Sonic’s Ocean Water!! It’s just one of those small things that makes me wish I were at the beach. If you order from the Sonic app, get drinks and slushes 1/2 price.
