This Sonic is my go to place for when I want some chili cheese tots. The only issue they have looks like is staffing. I went by around 9:45 am on a Sunday and the guy who was running the drive thru also was car hopping as well. This guy was doing great so no knock on him or the staff that was working. Hopefully they will be able to hire more people.

Everything about my order was terrible. The cheeseburger was burnt. Chicken sandwich was very old and dry. The tots were overcooked/ re-cooked. The cheese on them didn’t even melt. They didn’t have strawberry shakes. But the only thing I complained about at the window was how cold the fries were. The drive through worker reached his hand out to my car and asked for the fries back. I had been putting my hands all over them feeling fries that were colder than my hands. He took the fries back to the fryer and heated them back up. He brought them back and handed them to me in the same container. I questioned him taking contaminated food to the kitchen. But an argument would be a lost cause. I wouldn’t have left there satisfied no matter what after that. This is the sonic by Hamill road. 6-8-23 at 9pm. And to top it off she told me at the drive in that only the drive through was open. I would have to get my food there and then drive around to park and eat. One of the girls had 4 feet of hair just whipping it around on every thing. THE WORST FAST FOOD I’VE EVER HAD!!! ☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️

Came through around 10. Took my card, rung me up for a media when I clearly said MINI. Got a medium Oreo blast, blast wasn’t even mixed. Asked for a M&M AND Oreo blast mixed. Only got oreo again & the blast wasn’t mixed candy was only at the top…

Really gets frustrating when you see everyone going through the drive thru getting there orders at a reasonable pace, and yet I’m still here waiting 20 plus minutes for 4 drinks. Not the first sonic I’ve been to and had this problem. Sonic has definitely taken a drive through priority approach. Make some changes.

I came in around 840 and ordered 3 slushies and one root beer float. After 20 minutes of waiting I asked where my order was, and was told I’ll be right out . The carhop associate then brought my Order and my root beer float had melted and was messy. Had wrong drinks and I asked for it to be corrected , and they brought me the right drink. However didn’t replace my root beer float, and processed a refund. Which I was honestly just wanting another root beer float re-made. , the associate made me feel like it was my fault that my order was incorrect.

i ordered 5 minutes ahead for an ocean water. when i got there and checked in i waited 10 minutes before it came out to me. when it arrived it was flat and watered down. because it had been sitting on a tray, so they could bump it and have lower time stats. and then they forgot about it. until they almost delivered a cherry slush to me, the wrong car.

Slowest Sonic in the area, but their food may be the best. Even if you order on the app and get there later than the time the app says it will take for your food to be done you’re still gonna wait ten minutes more.

I NEVER leave a review anywhere, but this sonic is out of control. Every single time you go, whether you go through the drive-through or pull in to order, it’s over a 30 minute wait! Not only do you wait forever, but they can’t seem to get an order right at all. FOUR times in a row that I’ve been they’ve forgotten my marinara sauce when I specifically ask for two every time… not only do I ask twice, but just like most REGULAR operating Sonic’s when you order a mozzarella stick it should come with marinara sauce. It seems that there is no management here, the reason I’m here leaving this review today is because I waited 37 minutes for two corn dogs and a medium mozzarella stick!!! Just for both corn dogs to be burnt and literally black on parts… last thing, I’m a fan of the lemonade but the last three days in a row they’ve been out of lemonade. So either someone is too lazy to make it, or the manager isn’t doing his/her job of keeping product re stocked.

In the picture below, is my sandwich I received from this sonic location. As you can absolutely see, it is burned. Thankfully I checked the sandwich before leaving. I immediately pushed the button to speak with someone. I was rudely informed that this sandwich always comes like this. Now, I do not go to sonic very often, but I have had this sandwich several times. It has never looked like this. I cannot even believe they served this let alone claim that is how it’s suppose to be! The car hopper was friendly and the food came out in a timely manner. That is the only reason I’m giving a star count at all.

The service here has declined. For the past 2 visits, there has been an issue. They actually sent this chicken sandwich out, with burnt buns(black). Apparently, the person who made the sandwich doesn’t care. Not sure what the problem is, but it needs to be corrected.
